Highly recommended and definitely will stay with Oaks next time.
Pros:

I like the location and the size of the room, the cleaningness and the staff. The small kitchen and hotwater, the kitchenarry, everything!

Cons:

I did not like the mirror where is facing the bed. And if we can clean the dust of the connction line of the carpet and the wall.

Affordable comfort with a great location
Pros:

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. No problems at all with check-in or check-out. Very decent facilities for the price. Location is also super convenient for events in the CBD and getting to/from the airport on the train.

Cons:

Shower is the bath so bit of a scramble to get in/out and you have to be careful not to hit your legs against the bath tap while showering - this is only a minor inconvenience though.
