The ac heater unit in our room wasn’t functioning properly.

Lift at entrance was down. Had to carry our heavy bags up and down.
Very nice for a budget hotel, clean and spacious rooms and food was great, no parking which was a let down as had a fair walk to mall parking. Luggage lift was not working, so up the stairs with heavy luggage not great. Hotel location is really good with surrounding shops and mall.
Room was very clean with everything you needed. Staff were helpful , friendly and welcoming.
For me , the location wasn’t ideal with too much noise , but i understand I was in the heart of the city.
