There was hair in my bathroom and cutlery was dirty.
Having stayed here a number of times we do so primarily because of it's location. Very close to city trasnport including trains, busses and getting to & from the CBD in which the hotel is located.

Great location, larger rooms, large comfortable bed, convenient to have a restaurant/bar on site.
Bathroom could do with an upgrade
The place was really comfortable and easy to settle into. Everything felt well looked after and there was a good amount of thought put into making the stay simple and enjoyable. It had a relaxed feel to it, which I really appreciated.
Nothing major stood out enough to take away from the stay. There were probably a couple of small things that could be improved, but overall I was really happy with the experience.
Great hotel, the staff are very lovely and personable. The bed was gloriously comfortable and the room lovely and spacious. Very conducive to a good few hours of work.
Just the ventilation/air, it was semi ok with the air con unit switched on but stuffy without it. Also the space between the lift and the room was very very stuffy.

①宿泊したのは金曜日の夜だったので、夜中に騒音を鳴らしながら走る車がいたり、バーで飲んでいる酔っ払いの声が聞こえた。少なくとも、下層階は二重窓にして防音にしたほうが良い。
②部屋にはバスタブがついていて、今回の旅行の最終日にはありがたいと思ったが、なぜか栓がなかったので、お湯を貯めることができなかった。とても残念。
