Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten und einen phantastischen Blick auf den See gehabt. Außerdem hat uns der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gute Tipps für das Abendessen gegeben, die Dame beim Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Zimmer war groß und sauber.
Wir waren zufrieden somit kein Anlass zur Kritik.
The room was clean and bigger than we expected.
We didn’t really have a good view because of the tree in front of our windows.

The room was comfortable and I'm very glad there was a fitness center on the property. The breakfast was tasty. I appreciated being able to get a free transit card for the area.
Although the hotel was close to a train station, getting from the exit of the station to the hotel seemed dangerous at night. There were no street lights to light the path, which was very close to a road where cars drove fast. There was also no crosswalk to cross the highway from the train side of the street to the side with the hotel.

The rooms were clinical. Being charged for coffee capsules if using more than two despite it being a room for 4. The breakfast was not great. The cooked food was cold. There wasn’t a large choice. The coffee machine was constantly causing issues
