I’ll definitely stay here when I return to Merano!
Pros:

Perfect location, gorgeous facilities, excellent spa, fabulous breakfast, lovely staff, and amazing rooftop pool area with gorgeous views.

Cons:

Finding the right parking garage was a little awkward, but the staff was very helpful.

You can feel the difference with other spa’s in Alto Adige and Sud Tirol. Larger indoor space and facilities, excellent outdoor areas as well. The rooms are well maintained & clean, the meals very satisfying. We shall certainly share our positive experience with our friends. All in all very relaxing, soothing experience. Pros:

Good value for money. Excellent quality, excellent services, extremely convenient location for everithing. Access to the spa is included for hotel guests. The hotel provided me cake and present for my birthday, really unexpected.

Exceptional hotel in the heart of Merano.
Pros:

Facilities, pools, and restaurant/bar areas were exceptional. Hotel digital app for ordering drinks/food while at one of the spa areas is amazing, they deliver the order in almost magical time!

Cons:

Directions on booking.com were not accurate, use the hotel website directions.
