A spacious 2 bedroom apartment that’s centrally located.
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, including a full kitchen (for making breakfast each day) and a washing machine. The property was only a short walk into the main part of the town and the Paihia Wharf.

Cons:

The apartment was a bit musty as were some of the duvets & soft furnishings, which impacted our stay as some of our family members have asthma and hayfever. I would stay at this property again but ask for a more ventilated apartment.

Lovely apartment with stuning view.

The rooms, the receptionists, the view

Cons:

The garage is an exercise in precision trying to get in or out. The exit is particularly tight for my SUV with walls and pillars mere cms away from my vehicle. The alarms were screaming.

Waterfront views and spacious, well-equipped apartment walking distance to ferry and restaurants.
Pros:

Spacious apartment with beautiful water views. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Located walking distance to Russell ferry, restaurants and shops. Two bathrooms were well designed and not cramped. Walk in robe to main bedroom was useful. The furnishings are a little tired but still adequate.

Cons:

The apartment needs block-out curtains in both bedrooms. Light from street infiltrates main bedroom in spite of window coverings. A little traffic noise but not major. The second bedroom has no opening window so is a little stuffy as no fresh air can enter. The only window covering is a venetian blind that does not fit well and the light from the lift and stair landing right outside lights up the room at night. This was a real issue for the person using the second bedroom.
