Altes Hotel mit Renovierungsbedarf
Pros:

Es gab einen Pool sowie Zugang zum Meer. Kostenloser Parkplatz war vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Liegen am Meer mussten extra bezahlt werden. Die Ausstattung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Armatur in der Dusche ist auseinander gefallen. Lage des Hotel ist sehr abgeschieden, es gibt so gut wie keine Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, an zwei Tagen waren abends Veranstaltungen im Hotel (Konferenz, Hochzeit) mit lauter Musik, die bis nach Mitternacht anhielt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr lieblos angerichtet und bat nicht viel Auswahl. Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam und meistens kurz angebunden.

Doit beaucoup mieux faire pour être considéré un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Bel emplacement, parking privé.
Chambre spacieuse, bonne literie.
Bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Serrure de notre chambre "branlante", et l'assise du fauteuil défoncée (je me suis littéralement le czl par terre en m'asseyant).
Malgré en avoir informé la réception, aucune réparation pendant notre séjour.
Certaines chambres ont été rénovées et sont au standard 4 étoiles. Mais la majorité des chambres sont au niveau 3 étoiles, tout comme une bonne partie des installations (portés d'accés aux extérieurs ne ferment pas, tout comme les volets de notre chambre).

when in Catania stay at the Grand.
Pros:

the room was fantastic.
The size was great & the bathroom like a spa.
Had we known it was this great would have spent all our time in Catania at this hotel.

Cons:

The restaurant the evening we dined could have been a bit better which there service.
There focus was on serving a party & less on the guest tables {my family} staying at the hotel.

מיקום המלון . נוחות החדר. הנוף מהמלון.

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר לא מספיק מגוונת ולא מספיק טובה יחסית למלון בדרגה זאת. נקיון והשלמת חוסרים בחדר לא מטופלים טוב. חוף הים היה סגור כל החופשה, הירידה למים ישירות מהצוק והגלים לא איפשרו להכנס. ריח רע נדף מהניקוז במקלחת בחדר.

Mooie plaats en een goed verblijf dicht bij de luchthaven
Pros:

Gelegen dicht bij de luchthaven (met wagen) en bij toeristische plaatsen zoals aci Castello en aci trello. Groot hotel 3 verdiepen, mogelijkheid om in de zee als in het zwembad te zwemmen. Er waren ook voldoende ligbedden voorzien met een handdoek service. En als je iets wou drinken kan dit in de bar naast het zwembad. Bij het ontbijt en avondeten heb je een mooi uitzicht op de ionische zee.

Cons:

Bad/douche mocht iets ruimer zijn en we konden niet uit aan al de lichtknoppen in de slaapkamer. De standaard lichtknoppen hadden we wel snel gevonden

Ristorante pessimo, al contrario dei miei precedenti soggiorni. Qualità del cibo inadeguata al prezzo, il maitre del pranzo ha dedicato attenzione in sala ad aspetti meno importanti, anziché stare attento ai tempi di uscita delle portate e ad ascoltare le mie obiezioni malgrado il cameriere le ha fatte presente. Comunque al check out non mi hanno fatto pagare la portata di cui mi ero lamentato in modo particolare

La piscine et la mer sont incroyable !! Le bar de la piscine est super et les chambres sont super confort.

Le personnel n'est pas très aimable mais on peut faire avec. De plus lorsqu'on leur demande qqch on a l'impression de les déranger.
Ils devraient être un peu plus souriant..

Un beau séjour dans un cadre authentique !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel ancien italien plein de charme. Les aménagements extérieurs sont superbes, notamment la très belle piscine et le bar de plage idéal pour se détendre. Le point fort reste sans aucun doute la plage avec sa roche volcanique, un paysage absolument magnifique et unique. De plus, le parking fermé et gardé est un vrai point fort pour la sécurité de la voiture.

Cons:

L'immensité de la structure impose de longues distances de marche entre la réception et les chambres du fond. Le service du petit-déjeuner est à revoir et ne correspond pas au standing attendu. De même, les cocktails au bar de plage manquent cruellement de savoir-faire.

A bastanza bene

Fijn zwembad, hadden een kamer met uitzicht op zee, bijzonder om tussen de lava rotsen te zwemmen, snorkelen veel vissen gezien
