We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant experience.

When we arrived, the bathroom was not clean. There was a bad odor, the sink was dirty, and the carpet was also noticeably dirty. We expected the room to be properly cleaned the following day, but when we returned around 4:00 p.m. after a long day of sightseeing, we found that no one had serviced our room.

We went to the front desk to report the issue. Someone came to change the sheets and bring fresh towels, but that was all. When I specifically asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, I was told that they could not use cleaning chemicals while guests were in the room, and no alternative solution was offered. As a result, we stayed for two nights with a bathroom that was never properly cleaned.

Additionally, the nighttime snack options were not appealing to me or my family.

We chose this hotel because of its many positive reviews, so our experience was particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, based on the condition of our room and the lack of proper housekeeping service, our stay did not reflect the quality described in those reviews.

That i didn't get to stay longer and relax

the only thing is adults have a hard time using or relaxing at the pool you so many children in the pool throwing things very loud. Otherwise it was good

when we got there the last told me the room was cleaned but needed to be inspected. she left and never came back. after 20 plus mins of me standing there, I asked can I please check in to another girl behind the counter. she said well I'll tell you what's going on..we double booked your room and you no longer have a room. but what we could do is upgrade you to a king suite. I said ok and a discount? she gave us a free night. she told me she doesn't know why Drury does that. they always double book and hope people don't show. it put us out at the beginning as I had a car load of kids. but it was nice of them to upgrade and give us a free night. I didn't like however that the girl waiting on us never returned making me stand there for close to 30 min.

There was a power outage for over an hour and we were stuck in our rooms (I am handicapped and could not even use the stairs to leave. We just had to sit in the dark. After the electricity came back on we went down to the pool and it was closed for the rest of the night. The whole reason we stayed at this hotel was to use the pool and hot tub.

I didn't like when I checked-in, the room that I booked in the photo was not the same room. I booked a 2 Bed Queen Side Suite with a Sofa Bed, and I was informed that they didn't have any 2 Queen Bed Suites. It wasn't what I expected 🤔 and I wasn't pleased.
