I love this hotel so much, for everything it offers, and it is so comfortable💤💤💤
Pros:

We love all the choices for breakfast, hot and cold! It is so nice to just go right down to lobby for coffee and a great meal. The room is large, and the staff is wonderful! Also, really enjoyed the dinner snack and drinks. So enjoyable!

Clean, quiet, welcoming...worth the price.
Pros:

Breakfast is always AWESOME...so much to choose from, hot and favorable. Thanks you so much. I used to stay at LivInn but, Drury is my go to now every time I'm in Cincinnati. I also love how hot your coffee is.

Cons:

Can't think of anything I didn't like right now. A little pricey but, worth it.

Everything! The employees were very friendly and very helpful when I asked questions. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was amazing and had a big selection! The employee from the kitchen walked around making sure everyone was enjoying their breakfast. Im a patient of Cincinnati hospital and will be coming back

Not a pleasant stay.
Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, we did not have a pleasant experience.

When we arrived, the bathroom was not clean. There was a bad odor, the sink was dirty, and the carpet was also noticeably dirty. We expected the room to be properly cleaned the following day, but when we returned around 4:00 p.m. after a long day of sightseeing, we found that no one had serviced our room.

We went to the front desk to report the issue. Someone came to change the sheets and bring fresh towels, but that was all. When I specifically asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, I was told that they could not use cleaning chemicals while guests were in the room, and no alternative solution was offered. As a result, we stayed for two nights with a bathroom that was never properly cleaned.

Additionally, the nighttime snack options were not appealing to me or my family.

We chose this hotel because of its many positive reviews, so our experience was particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, based on the condition of our room and the lack of proper housekeeping service, our stay did not reflect the quality described in those reviews.

Pros:

They were fantastic to me. I called the night before due to quandary. I had to be in full formal for at meeting pick up 12:15. Needed to have a room between 11 or 11:30 or somewhere to get changed.
Regular check out is 11. They spoke to housekeeping Mgr. To make aware of my situation. I was really thinking I would just have a place to change I arrived at 11:05 they had a room ready for me reminded me about dinner swimming and breakfast. Told them appreciate it but would probably only make breakfast.
I did have breakfast with my grand officer before I left.
I just love this hotel. Made this trip so easy and comfortable for me. I may just book a stay just to relax. Kudos to whole staff and personnel
