Disappointing stay and service.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Apartment wasn’t clean, reported to reception and not rectified. Charged twice for car parking. There was a cork beside the fridge in the kitchen and the floors/carpets didn’t appear to have been cleaned/vacuumed prior to arrival.

Okay just to sleep and all things are outside.
Pros:

Location. Walkable distance to shops, zoo and Adelaide University.

Cons:

There was a shut down hotel in the ground floor. No Cutleries in room, just 1 chair (basically they are telling you not to eat or drink which I did not expect from a so called apartment accommodation).

The staff are absolutely amazing. The location is awesome.

Cons:

The room was dirty. Bedding not the cleanest. Walls and carpets dirty. No heating or cooling in main bedroom. Not even a fan. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Everyone in the hallway can see into the main bedroom, which I didn't like. Minimal coffee sugar and milk. Very overpriced.

Pros:

Amazing location, minutes from everything. A comfortable clean apartment with everything we needed. Great value for what we got and helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

The fittings were a little dated, probably from the early 90s, but everything worked and it's a minor concern at this price.

A great affordable option- clean and very comfortable
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and allowed us to store luggage while we were exploring the town. Bed was super comfy, and great value for money

Cons:

Perhaps they could arrange a different system for those who need to check in after 5 pm, such as a lockbox at the hotel property to avoid guests needing to travel across town to check in

Good value, great location.
Pros:

Great location to Rundle Street restaurants and value for money.
Nice spacious kitchen.

Cons:

Shower uncontrollable.
The bed was like sleeping on a bed of rocks, same with the pillows.
The exhaust fan in bathroom very noisy and couldn’t be turned off.
Car park very tight and narrow if you have a larger car.
No aircon in bedroom.
Deposit taken for apartment, even though we had prepaid in full.
