The size of the apartment was great
It was clean and the hot water ran out before we could all shower.

The apartment on the lakeside had a brilliant view,. We had the 2 bedroom, 2 bath which was exactly what we needed with a decent kitchen. We made use of the gym on site. As I am moderately disabled there is an access entrance to the left of the main entrance and the staff did supply a bath mat upon request.
Staff could've been more knowledgeable about the best bedding option for our party of three ladies. We had 2bed, 2bath apartment it would've been better if the main bedroom king bed was split to accommodate 2 of our party with the single beds configuration and our 3rd party could've been accommodated in the smaller bedroom. Unfortunately, it seems strange to me but there are no toilet brushes available in the bathrooms or by request. Although the reception did provide cleaning when requested. Tea & coffee supplied but no milk, not sure if we were suppose to get some at reception however we did bring out own supplies. The TVs were adequate but Foxtel didn't work and couldn't cast to them but we were out during the day and only viewed at night. Would've preferred parking wasn't at an extra cost as there are no real cafes, restaurants in Canberra within walking distance of anywhere. That's just a quirk of Canberra not the apartment complex.
No fault of the accommodation but at the moment there is building around the area didn't make it easy to find access using the car GPS.

Location was excellent and rooms were huge, very quiet
Great location. Easy parking. Room had everything we needed and was warm and clean
Nothing not to like
Location and extra room in the space. There were plenty of heating options and the car parking was good. The beds were very comfy.
Pillows were very hard like bricks. The TV kept flickering from screen to different colours and randomly changing channels. On our floor there was a extremely strong smell of Curry. It was so strong and there the whole time of our stay.

The accomodation within was great with facilities and a gorgeous view from our room but unfortunately the windows of the room are thin, rattle with the wind and hear the traffic which can keep you awake, even on the 19th floor Curtains keep some of the cold out.
