2 night stay
Pros:

Very spacious, comfy beds and nice towels. Really warm heater during winter.

Very central to museums and Parliament House and cbd shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Would have loved a vacuum in the property as travelled with 2 young children.

Pros:

Great location, easy walk into the city. The room was very clean, had a balcony with a view of the city.
nice toiletries supplied

Cons:

More tea and coffee needed. A shame there is building near by, the early starts were not appreciated.

Not nice so un hygienic. Will be making a formal complaint as managers were not available

Out apparent was very dirty. En-suite was covered in mould and the u its was dirty with chip crumbs on lounge and on the rug and food around the tv units on the floor and broken utilities left exposed

Great 1 night stay
Pros:

Very spacious lounge and master bedroom. Comfortable beds. Had all the amenities we needed. City view was nice, even with all the construction.

Cons:

Pillows were very hard - hubby couldn't sleep (although the rest of us slept like babies). In cleaning up before we left, I realised the bottom of the Rubbish Bin was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Toaster is very old and needs to be replaced. Kitchen needed to be cleaned a bit. The undercover carpark was advertised at $15 but when we got there, the charge was $20.

The location was perfect for our stay, easy access to everything. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable, beautiful views over the lake. Parking was easy every time.

Cons:

Bathrooms were in need of a little care. Outdated, cracked tiles and shower heads not working at full capacity.

The location was great close walk or drive to places of interest
The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Alot of mold in the bathroom, appliances not working, wires hanging out of eall and not much in way of dinnerware only 2 mugs and 3 bowls for 4 people
Very unclean, had a strong smell and only half if a sponge to try and clean anything
