Away from the hustle and bustle a good location but feels a little dated.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.
The hotel has a great location outside the old town with a feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle. You can walk to old town in 45 mins or take a quick 10 Euro Uber or the local bus. Breakfast is incredibly good.

Cons:

The property is rather dated. The room was huge but felt old. The bathroom was however updated and fresh. The pillows were not great. But that’s because I am a feather pillow person!

Pros:

Hotel ligt op een goede locatie tov een bezoek aan de oude stad en het strand van Lapad. De bushalte ligt voor de deur en met een Dubrovnikpas kun je in- en uitstappen waar en wanneer je wilt. De kamer was schoon en ruim. Wij vonden het zwembadgedeelte aan de kleine kant voor zo'n groot hotel, maar dat is persoonlijk. Ontbijt was goed, er is voor ieder wat wils.

Very good location; quietly situated away from the hustle and bustle. Friendly, professional staff catered for your every need. Very clean hotel with good amenities.

Loved the feel of the hotel and have already recommended it to somebody else as it’s in such a good location.
Pros:

Nice surprise to be upgraded! Friendly staff who were very helpful. Maid service was good. Food in the piano bar was excellent. Concierge lady recommended and booked for us a very good trip to the caves and beach.

Cons:

It would have been good if the rules around sun bed reserving had been carried out. Number of beds is limited and therefore difficult with the amount of people in the hotel.

Great setup for family of 4
Pros:

Traveling with my kids, 13 and 15, and finding a proper hotel room to host all 4 of us confortably is always a challenge.
The family room here was very spacious with 2 different bedrooms. 2 shower rooms. But a very small toilet room.
The location of the hotel is ok, but there is a 20 min walk to old city. Or the bus is just outside the hotel.
The breakfast was good, good variety of products and good service. The restaurant that serves lunch is also good.

Cons:

The toilet room was very small and windowless.

Cons:

The fact that we heard absolutely everything inside the room. It makes it difficult to sleep, hearing everything : AC noise, people in the corridor, some weird noise (not sure it is related to AC), people in the swimming pool during the morning. That’s sad because other things are good
