Pros:

Beautiful property, but let down by poor service, food, and Wi-Fi.
My mother and I stayed here for one night. While the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with a great location, incredibly spacious rooms, and comfortable beds, the overall experience was a letdown for a 5-star establishment.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which barely worked. When I asked at reception, the staff was dismissive and rude, simply stating they didn't know why it wasn't working and that it "should be fine" (I've since noticed many other reviews mentioning the exact same issue). Additionally, dinner was a total disappointment. At 40 euros per person, the food quality was really poor and nowhere near 5-star standards. Beautiful building, but the management needs to address their service and dining.

Para empezar, cuando llegue me dijeron que tenía que dejar una fianza por si pedía algo adentro del hotel, que me parece fatal. En ningún hotel que me he quedado me había pasado esto, lo pedí todo incluido y resultó que era una pensión completa” que de completa no tenía nada, porque solo era desayuno y cena, aparte las bebidas tocaba pagarlas. FATAL ! La comida muy demandado regular. A mi pareja y a mí no nos gustó casi que nada. El desayuno era lo más pasable, de resto nada que ver. Decidimos probar restaurante asiático de ahí del hotel. Y que decepción. Muy feo. Nada bueno. La tv de la habitación no servía cuando llegamos, nos la cambiaron eso si pero bueno, para ser 5 estrellas como dicen que son. No se merecen las 5 se merecen 3 por ahí. Muy disgustado con nuestras vacaciones allí. No volvería nunca. Por lo que pagué me hubiera quedado en un hotel 10 veces mejor que este, DECEPCIÓN TOTAL !

A quanto un sano e completo intervento di manutenzione!
Pros:

L'impianto generale, di tutto rispetto.
Bella la piscina. Buona la palestra.
Ottimo il parcheggio a disposizione.
Camera ampia e ben organizzata ed accessoriata. Compreso il terrazzino, vista mare.
Buona l'accoglienza.

Cons:

Male i servizi della SPA a pagamento!
Purtroppo, la struttura risente dell'età.
Nei corridoi di disimpegno, moquette danneggiata e molto sporca.
Alcuni tendaggi rovinati, strappati.
In camera, molte piastrelle del pavimento lesionate.
Evidentemente, urge un radicale intervento di manutenzione (imminente, per quanto sentito).
Il ristorante, sia a colazione sia a cena, ricco di pietanze; ma, purtroppo, non tutte cucinate con attenzione!
Per i turisti italiani, la nota più dolente è rappresentata dall'assenza di un servizio di show cooking.
I maccheroni, gli spaghetti sono "abbandonati" nei loro contenitori così come i relativi sughi, alquanto modesti.
La carne, mediamente, dura!.

Nice facilities available but doesn’t quite live up to the price.
Pros:

Good location close to beaches and the local town. Spacious venue and rooms. Nice large swimming pool with different sections. Good selection of restaurants. Nice breakfast options.

Cons:

Design feels a little dated and furniture looked worn out slightly. Insects present in the room.
