E a segunda vez que fico no Hotel Oriente, e um hotel muito bom.
Pros:

Fiquei num quarto executivo, quarto renovado, novo, o local e perfeito para conhecer Napolis, metro e onibus perto, no centro. O pessoal do hotel e gentil e competente, td e resolvido rapidamente. Oferecem tours pela regiao, fizemos para Herculano, a excursao e boa, mas sugiro escolher um tour com guia turistico, o que eu fiz fornecia audioguia, mas vc fica por conta propria, e desconfortavel, o lugar e grande e nao e bem sinalizado. A excursao com guia alem de ser mais rica em informacao, te leva nos lugares mais interessantes, vc nao precisa procurar por eles.

Cons:

Sugiro fornecimento gratuito de agua, tb poderia ter um roupao no quarto executivo.

Pros:

Excellent central location and wonderful service. Giuseppe at reception was especially kind and helpful. Since we had a very early check-out, the hotel arranged safe transportation and prepared breakfast boxes for me and my daughter. A very thoughtful touch. Highly recommended.

Idealer Stützpunkt für Neapel-Erkunder.
Pros:

Eine ruhige und komfortable Oase inmitten von Neapel. Die Lage ist hervorragend, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit leckerem Buffet und ebenso umsichtigem wie freundlichem Personal ist ein Erlebnis.

L'hôtel a été un atout pour la réussite de notre séjour.
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait. L'hôtel est très beau et très bien tenu. Un petit déjeuner très sympa sur le roof top. Roof top également très agréable pour prendre un verre ou y dîner. Le personnel est charmant (mention spéciale pour Paola, adorable).

No milk and 2 coffee sachets once provided were not refilled next day during our stay.
Washroom were very small difficult to access dustbin and stuff as space was very tight.
