A zuhanyzó alatt kifolyik a víz.Egy törölköző lett odatève hogy felszívja a vizet.Ezt szerintem lehetne orvosolni hogy ne a wc csèsze elè menjen ki a víz a zuhanyzó alól.

Pros:

Die Lage ist einzigartig, zwar in einer kleinen schäbigen Seitenstraße, aber sehr zentral. 100m bis zum großen schönen Stadtpark, 300m bis zum Meer und 300m zum lebhaften Boulevard!

Cons:

Die Duschen sind bereits seit Jahren eine Katastrophe. Nach jedem Duschvorgang, meistens zweimal täglich ( nach dem aufstehen und nach dem Strandtag), steht die komplette Dusche unter Wasser. Absoluter Konstruktionsfehler und defekte Dichtungen. Man erhält zwar stets neue frische Handtücher, das ist jedoch nicht der Sinn von Umweltbewusstsein! Über mehrere Tage kein WLAN Anschluss, und wenn, dann sehr schlecht!

Hotel s výbornou polohou za skvelú cenu blízko centra aj pláže
Pros:

Hotel je v skvelej časti Varny, v tichej uličke, no zároveň blízko do centra aj k moru. Hotelové izby sú nedávno zrekonštruované, vynovené, moderné a útulné. V cene ubytovania boli aj skvelé a chutné raňajky.

Cons:

Sprchový kút bol zle spravený, zle utesnené sklo na podlahe, cez ktoré pretekala voda do celej kúpeľne pri každom sprchovaní. O tomto probléme zrejme hotel vie, lebo naschvál tam bol uterák, ktorý však nezabránil vytopeniu kúpeľne.
Raňajky sa podávali v priestore recepcie, kde je málo miest pre všetkých hostí.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Hugo. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a well-functioning air conditioner. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
The breakfast buffet was impressive with a fantastic variety of delicious options. It included cold cuts, hot cooked meals like omelets, Polish sausages, and fried eggs, as well as fresh pancakes, crêpes, fruits, and vegetables.
Another big plus is the hotel's secure, enclosed private parking, which gave us great peace of mind. Location-wise, it is ideal—less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy urban crowds.
Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.
