BEST STAY EVER
Pros:

I have been here twice this month with Red Robin. I can not express the high level of hospitality. Cinnamon, Trina, and EVERYONE else made both visits not only enjoyable but more like home. Being a restaurant manager you would not think you would travel for extended periods. I have an elderly retired police dog at home and it is hard to leave him but the staff here made me feel great! They laughed joked with me and helped me get over my homesickness. Will definitely choose a Homewood suites anytime I travel. Thank you!!!!!!

Disappointing, only wanted to swim and couldn't.

The room was nice and staff was also nice

Cons:

Pool was very dirty. Hot tub broken and refrigerator didnt work.

Great experience
Pros:

Both Trina and Cinnamon were outstanding very courteous, professional and helpful always asking how I was doing asking if I needed any restaurants recommendations just awesome great staff and Sydney constantly checking in via text made me if secure & comfortable continue the great work training & hiring

Amazing facility
Pros:

Perfect location and fabulous room. Trina met me at front desk and was so kind and helpful. She even said, “Welcome Home” when I came back from my business meeting. I will be back home next time I’m in Bloomington.

Nicer than my apartment
Pros:

Conveniently located just off I-69. Clean, spacious room at an excellent price. Professional, courteous staff. The app allowed me to pick my favorite room hours before check-in and proceed directly there. Breakfast was hot and filling.
