Parfaitement équipé. Calme

Cons:

La résidence est à 10 mn à pied de la gare. Mais comme elle est sur les hauteurs d’Evian, la montée est très raide et les 10 mn se transforment en 20 mn d’effort intense avec les bagages. A prendre en compte si on est à pied

Chambre pour 4 avec vue sur lac

Nous avons apprécié la chambre avec vue sur le lac.

Cons:

Il conviendrait d'expliquer que le parking gratuit est très petit. Le personnel suggère donc de garer notre voiture dans le parking payant. Pour 3 nuits, nous avons payé 24 euros. Je trouve cela mesquin de faire payer le parking aux clients au regard du prix des chambres. Sinon l’equipement de la chambre était plutôt léger, pas de grille-pain, des couteaux tranchants manquants et des meubles très vieillots. La table de la salle, en bois, complètement abîmée, a fait son temps. Un petit rafraîchissement de l'ensemble serait le bienvenu.
