Pros:

Hôtel bien situé avec une vue sur le lac Leman, personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Parking très petit par rapport aux nombres de chambres. Mal desservi aux transports en commun

Excellent séjour avec une vue magnifique et un très bon rapport qualité prix

Appart Hôtel très bien placé, à moins de 5 minutes des quais en voiture et 20 minutes à pied. Vue magnifique sur le lac pour les appartements avec vue (largement conseillé). Personnel très agréable et piscine au top

Cons:

Les appartements sont à priori en cours de rénovation. Le nôtre était probablement dans les non rénovés (moquette et non parquet) mais il était tout de même très agréable même si un peu vieillot.

Disappointed that it was old and dirty looking appartment. But the breakfast was very good.

The swimming pool was good and the facilities there seemed clean.

Staff were helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were very old and dirty, with old and sticky carpets.
The location was not great because it was far from every place except a golf course. If you're there just to play golf then it's good. It's far from supermarket and attractions in evians les bains. No public transport nearby.

Dans son jus, manque de propriété dans les chambres ainsi qu'à la piscine. Bruyant a côté, ephad livraisons et entretien espaces verts a partir de 6 heures du matin..

Vétusté du studio et salle

L'emplacement et la vue sur le lac.

Cons:

Vétusté des meubles en bois, moquette et matelas. Salle de bain pas top. L'eau sent mauvais au début des remontées d'égout je pense. Chewing-gum collé sur table de nuit. Poussière sur les tables de nuit. Et sous les canapés des restes des autres locataires. Petit déjeuner pas top : que des viennoiseries surgelés, le jambon et fromage identique du 1er au dernier jour qui n'a pas l'air très frais. Espace petit, sur la terrasse impossible d'y manger avec les guêpes.

Extérieur très joli,l’intérieur très vétuste

L’extérieur : la vue sur le lac et sur la piscine

Cons:

Tous les meubles sont vieux et ont besoin d’un bon coup de peinture. La moquette n’était pas très propre et le wifi marchait pour un appareil à la fois. Dommage que l’on ne pouvait pas prendre le petit déjeuner.
