La qualité du matelas et la vue

Cons:

Une chaleur insupportable en chambre (30 degrés au moins). Aucune proposition de changement de chambre. Nous avons dû demander un ventilateur (qui est tombé en panne ) alors que nous suffoquions et que nous sommes âgés. Le sous-toit était mal ou pas isolé de la chaleur. La cuisinette était mansardée sans fenêtre et créait un cumul de chaleur.
Pas d’alternative proposée par le personnel malgré la situation connue.

Appartement au RDC non précisé au moment de la réservation, décoration vieillotte, logement qui nécessite un bon rafraîchissement.

Cons:

Ascenseur jusqu’au 3ieme étage en panne. Zéro ventilateur avec la chaleur torride. Pas d’auvent avec la pluie qui rentre dans la chambre, vétusté de l’appartement. Parking aléatoire. Loin du lac

Pros:

Studio lumineux, calme et bonne literie. Lorsque l'on est logé en étage, la vue sur le lac doit être fantastique. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer (sol et couverts rangés sales), pratiquement pas de rangement. Les photos extérieures sont assez avantageuses : cela ressemble plus à un centre de vacances classique, avec une piscine plutôt petite compte tenu du nombre de personnes sur place.
