Siamo stati molto bene , è la seconda volta che andiamo e confermiamo la professionalità dello staff,la pulizia delle camere e l'ottima colazione .la spa come sempre perfetta.
Un piccolo suggerimento ,nello spogliatoio della spa un po' di aria condizionata sarebbe gradita.
La centralità, la pulizia e soprattutto la gentilezza del personale.
Nella sezione spa credo che sarebbe stato meglio avere una piscina “classica” dove poter passare “la maggior parte del tempo”
Nella nostra camera non funzionava bene l’aria condizionata e i ragazzi della reception si sono subito mobilitati per cambiarci stanza, alla fine abbiamo optato di rimanere li ma con un ventilatore dato che il nostro soggiorno era solo di una notte.

The staff were all nice and welcoming. The spa was relaxing and clean. The food was great with huge portions and the restaurant was really elegant. The room was clean. I had a lomi lomi massage with Irene she was so great, it was regenerating and very relaxing.
As a couple we have requested a queen size bed. Maybe it was not available so they put together two single beds and unfortunately it was not very comfortable. At the spa we did not bring our phone because it was not allowed and we truly wanted to relax but some people did and they were on their phones with high volume and they were talking too loudly sometimes. We had to get up and find some bed somewhere else to relax.
