הצוות! מריה מנהלת השירית ומנהל המלון מטא - אנשים מדהימים!! היחס שנתנו היה אישי חם ומיוחד.
רואים שזה מלון שנותן הרגשה של משפחה.
שירה הייתה כל כך שירותית, כשהגעתי למלון מהמילואים ללילה אחד היא שדרגה אותי בחדר וודאגה לי באופן אישי.

רוב הצוות נעים, נחמד ואדיב, רוצים לעזור.
מנהלת נחמדה היה לנו בעיה בשירותים כשנכנסנו ולאחר כמה ימים כשאמרנו על הבעיה לצוות היא התקשרה אישית והעבירה אותנו לחדר אחר ושידרגה אותנו גם לחדר גדול יותר.

הגענו איזה ערב אחד ב23:40 למלון ורצינו למלות מים והפקידה אמרה זה סגור עכשיו סגרו את זה לא יודעת למה , ניסינו לשאול איך אפשר למלות מים אולי בדרך אחרת ולא היה לה אכפת והיא אמרה כבר 12 בלילה משמרת לילה אני לא יודעת ולא יכולה לעזור בזה .. מבחינתנו זה ממש לא בסדר מים זה דבר בסיסי שצריך להיות פתוח ונגיש לאורחי המלון 24/7 ואם סגור בגלל בעיה אז לתת אופציה אחרת כפתרון ולא להשאיר אותנו באוויר כאילו תתמודדו בלי מים...

ארוחות הבוקר לטעמינו לא היו טעימות,
וארוחת בוקר וערב של יום שבת ויום ראשון במיוחד היה על הפנים והרגשנו שאנחנו אוכלים שאריות ..
אפילו דבר בסיסי מעדנים במקרר לא היה בראשון ושני בבוקר.. היינו צריכים לבקש שיוציאו מהמטבח במיוחד במקום שיהיה מוגש במקרר לאורחים.
**לאחר מכן פשוט ביקשנו זיכוי על יתר ארוחות הבוקר כי לא רצינו לגשת יותר לבוקר..
