החוויה במלון הייתה בסך הכול טובה מאוד. בערב שישי ובשבת בבוקר הארוחות היו מאוד מפנקות, מגוונות וטעימות. חשוב לציין לטובה את היחס של צוות הקבלה והניהול: הזמנו מראש שדרוג לחדר עם מרפסת, אך כשהגענו קיבלנו בטעות חדר ללא מרפסת. לאחר שפנינו לקבלה, המנהל טיפל בנושא בצורה מכבדת, החזיר לנו את עלות השדרוג במזומן ואף נתן לנו פיצוי של ארוחות צהריים. למחרת, כשהתפנה חדר עם מרפסת, התקשרו אלינו מיוזמתם והעבירו אותנו לחדר משודרג ללא עלות נוספת. החדר שקיבלנו בסופו של דבר היה מספק מאוד, נעים ועם מרפסת כפי שרצינו.

Cons:

לאחר ארוחת שישי בערב ושבת בבוקר, הרגשנו שהארוחות בהמשך היו דלות יותר ופחות מגוונות. בנוסף, היה חסר לנו צוות בידור ופעילויות לילדים, במיוחד באזור הבריכה ובמלון באופן כללי. זה משהו שהיה יכול לשדרג מאוד את החוויה למשפחות עם ילדים.
