Cons:

For a four-star hotel, the lack of a proper reception desk is a significant drawback. The Help Desk staff are friendly and helpful, but relying solely on door access codes sent by email is not a practical solution, especially since not all guests have internet access at all times. Providing room access only through codes written on small pieces of paper, instead of key cards, is also highly inconvenient.

Another major issue is the inability to obtain an invoice or receive any assistance between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. This is particularly problematic for business travelers who often need to check out early.

Apart from the excellent location and the very good restaurant, I am not sure I would recommend this hotel to my colleagues or friends.

The single room was very small, the bathroom lighting was extremely poor, and during the hot weather the room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced. This falls well below the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel.

I am still trying to obtain my invoice because when I checked out, the Help Desk was closed and there was no one available to assist me.

Breakfast was the only thing that was lovely.

Cons:

We booked this hotel to escape the heat wave, but ended up escaping as soon as we could. Between the moldy, overflowing shower, broken A/C, loud music late into the night, and the lack of room service, this was a genuinely miserable stay. The response from management was equally disappointing.

What makes this even worse is that management responds to nearly every negative review with apologies and promises to improve, yet the exact same complaints keep appearing. At some point, replying without actually fixing the problems becomes part of the problem. Future guests deserve better than copy and paste apologies.

And as for the 4 star rating, it’s difficult to understand how this property qualifies. Based on our experience, it fell far short of what we’d expect from a 4 star hotel.

We definitely won’t be back, and we certainly won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
