Pati lokacija gera.
Kambarių įėjimo kodų atsiuntimas gerokai vėlavo (nors parašyta, kad nuo 15 val. galima jau įsikelti), tai sunku planuotis laiką, kai atvyksti ir tenka deja ilgiau laukti ir dar eiti ieškoti kodų..
Kambariai irgi pavargę gerokai, reiktų tikrai renovacijos (gera tik vieta).

Excellent location, but disappointing service for the price
The location is excellent — right in the centre of Vilnius, next to the Cathedral. However, for €212 per night, we expected a much better level of service and attention to detail.
The self-check-in was problematic. We were supposed to receive our room number and door code at 15:00, but never received anything and had to contact the hotel and get the instructions from the information centre ourselves.
We booked a suite for three people, but the room was prepared for only two: only two sets of towels, robes, cups, etc. We contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and they acknowledged the mistake, but it was never properly resolved. Staff came to the room but misunderstood the issue, and when we contacted them again later, our message was simply read without a response.
There were also several basic issues: one robe had holes, there was only one small blanket for a large bed, and the shower gel containers actually contained hair conditioner, leaving us without shower gel.
Even at checkout, the service was disappointing — when I approached the staff member, she did not even look at me or acknowledge me.
The breakfast was nice overall, although the coffee was poor.
Overall, the hotel is okay, but at this price, the service was disappointing. The excellent central location is clearly the main thing you are paying for.

I booked the cheapest room, but its window was facing the corridor. Good for noise isolation, but no morning light.

1. Poca cura nella gestione dell'intolleranza al glutine.
Sia per mancanza di alternative al pan carré sia per la gestione della contaminazione, mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto tostare il mio pan carré nel tostapane utilizzato per il pane normale, si sono rifiutati di riscaldarlo nella padellina.
2. Il terzo letto instabile, si è richiuso su se stesso due volte.
3. Camera con affaccio interno.

Personale era disponibile sul qualsiasi orario, soprattutto con la stanza per le valigie in quanto sono arrivata molto presto, La camera era pulita e sulla richiesta ho ricevuto anche le pantofole e dentifricio. La camera era con la finestra all'interno, era moderna, silenziosa. letto comodo e 2 cuscini con consistenze diverse hanno dato la possibilità dormire meglio.
La colazione era squisita, anche lì sulla richiesta ho avuto vegan milk.

Location is fantastic, short walk to absolutely everything.
Everything about the hotel was excellent. One of the ladies at the reception was especially helpful. She quickly arranged for our room to be ready within just 10 minutes, which was a very pleasant surprise. We were travelling with two children, so we really appreciated her kindness and effort.
Unfortunately, our first experience at reception was not very welcoming. One staff member was quite rude and seemed unwilling to help us with an early check-in, even though we had been informed beforehand that early check-in would be possible for an additional fee. Thankfully, another lady stepped in and was extremely helpful.
