Pros:

The room was large and very comfortable. The pool area was very well maintained. The location was perfect, just a few minutes stroll to bars and restaurants. Giovionna took really good care of us at breakfast

Very pleasant but major gripe was the price for limited facilities.
Pros:

Location is perfect. On the lake with a pool and very close to the beautiful town of Salo with its wonderful promenade.

Cons:

Very expensive for what it is. Limited facilities and very quiet so no atmosphere.

Pros:

Gute Lage, nicht zu zentral, aber fussläufig zur Promenade und Innenstadt.
Personal ist bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr freundlich

Cons:

Für Kinder eher ungeeignet. Ball spielen auf der Wiese war verboten, gab aber auch kein anderes Angebot für Kinder.

Makes me sad just thinking about my holiday here - despite looking good in the photos - and lake Garda is very beautiful - there was something rather miserable about the staff in this place - they were surely and made you feel bad about asking them to do anything. When I arrived at 11.00 at night the welcome was non existent - can we get a cold drink the bar is closed and despite on of my party being clearly old I had to ask for help with the luggages - Leaving your key at reception was met with an unfriendly look, asking for a drink, towels let alone help when I really needed it. if I could have done I would have left.- I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay unless your expectation are realistic , you are madly in love with the person you are with and do not notice or care about the staff or the other guests and are seeing this place for its function rather than as a cohesive hotel in which to have a holiday. Holidays are precious times and the mean nature and atmosphere of the hotel made it as though you were a resented inconvenience rather than a guest. I have had some wonderful holidays in Lake Garda and despite the location and the view this was like an endurance test - and I was glad to leave. someone described this as a 3 star hotel with a 5 star view..
