After driving for 6 hours we could check in early and collapsed on our beds - soft, supportive and comfy.
This hotel is well maintained, older style with large rooms and we actually had a separate shower stall, not over a bath tub !!
The breakfast was freshly updated regularly and the coffee was hot !!
We would happily stay here again.
Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and bed is comfy
Very nice place to stay
Nothing
Clean rooms, good amenities nice location, food shopping and services close by.
Great hotel to stay in: comfortable, clean, and accommodating. Thanks
Starting with the positive aspects…staff were great. They go beyond the boundaries of pleasing. The breakfast is not cooked in front of you, but it’s decent and has a good variety. The problems were plenty though. This place used to feel more elite. It has definitely been cheapened since last time I was here. The bedding consists of a white sheet and a thin white blanket! It used to be beautiful with gold and red bedspreads that made me feel like royalty. The pool was also not open when we tried to access it despite the claims of it being so by the front desk! I did complain, but they always differed to someone else. Corporate said to talk to hotel staff. Hotel staff said to talk to corporate. If you ask me, corporate is just doing what they all do. Take over and cut everything down!
Our stay here for our anniversary was fantastic! The room was sparkling clean, the tub was huge, the bed was super comfortable, and the gas fireplace was warm and cozy. To top it off, we had a balcony so we could sit outside in the fresh Idaho air. The view was nothing to speak of, but I wouldn’t complain about that! Everything else was superb!
Each time we go to Oxford suites in Boise Idaho we always appreciate the warm welcome we receive and the evening soup and cheese tray with the freedrink are fun and breakfast is always delicious. The room was very clean slept so comfortably and well the atmosphere was peaceful and we love location because it’s right next to Edwards our favorite movie spot. This has become our favorite place to stay. We highly recommend that my husband and I thank you Oxford suites.
Hotel was meh. Booked it exclusively to use the indoor pool advertised. It was CLOSED!! Not disclosed at booking, or I would not have chosen this location. Aside from that huge bummer, the complementary breakfast was great and the evening social hour was nice, though the staff could have had a friendlier, welcoming disposition, still nice.
Wow. Could not believe my stay here. My friends and I were stuck on a roadtrip situation, wanting a place to stay and keep Shabbat. The whole staff was beyond incredible- From Chris who welcomed us with the free drink tickets, to Jim who yapped us up with life wisdom, and of course to Anthony, who ensured our bags were safe after checkout the whole day. The sauna was incredible, and though their pool is under renovation, we also got into a convo with the tile guy, and he was incredible too so we have high hopes.
Overall, will be coming back here, no doubt. Boise hospitality has been a 10/10.I’m
This is the best hotel. I have stayed there many times. I do not anticipate ever staying anywhere else when I am in the are. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The amenities are top notch. I always feel very comfortable.
Very nice staff, super welcoming and the tub is nice for one person.
There was still hair in the bathtub and shower. The pool could use a makeover.
Oxford Suites has seemed to have gone downhill in the last year. We have stayed here about 5 times in the past year. Steam showers went out and they didn’t want to go to the expense to fix them. Used to do omelettes at breakfast, it was a cool breakfast and highlight of the place. This time and last time, no omelettes and breakfast food was cold. Also the rooms need to be deep cleaned, just feels like corners are being cut since the first time we stayed here.
Chris the manager helped us with an issue, and he was incredibly kind, considerate and quick. We were grateful for the service oriented nature of this establishment. They really take care of the guests. The room was big, beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day. I will always stay here when visiting Boise.
Classy!

Location is great. Easily accessible from east or west. Always clean and the. Breakfast is great.
It was an amazing experience! There was nice to see a hotel actively working to make our experience a 20/10! . The Oxford suites is one of the cleanest hotels I've been to and it's worth the price!
