Hammer
Pros:

Herr Saide war ein sehr klarer und aufrichtiger Mensch. Er war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Frau Natalia war ebenfalls sehr höflich, herzlich und ausgesprochen freundlich. Wenn mich mein Weg wieder dorthin führt, wird dieses Hotel definitiv meine erste Wahl sein.

Kamers zijn groot en hygiënisch.

Cons:

Wij verbleven op de 18e verdieping en wifi werkte helaas niet. Ook deed de telefoon het niet en konden we de receptie niet bereiken.

Ne mérite absolument pas un 5 étoiles.

Le personnel est gentil.

Rien ne mérite un 5 étoiles. Tout est une déception.
On a réservé pour 4 on a eu une chambre pour 3. Donc on a très mal dormi. Le room service les plats ne sont pas bons. Ils se sont trompés dans la commande il manquait 2 plats sur 4 on a donc mangé en décalé. Les spaghetti baigaient dans l huile c etait ecoeurant. Les cheeseburger etaiznt tout secs .... Le petit déjeuner beaucoup de choses très varié mais les produits ne sont pas de de qualité. 5 etoiles ? Je ne saisnpas pourquoi. La seule chose positive Le personnel.est gentil mais personne ne parle anglais ou très peu.
Avec le pris paye sur booking on aurait pu avoir 2 chambres et on nous a laissé dans une seule pour 3 personnes et on était 4 ...

We had issues with air conditioner. It wasn't adjustable you need to turn it off by electric emergency contact button. Not enough equipment in the bathroom for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast should be better compared the price.

Недалеко от дороги. Хорошая кровать и подушки

Cons:

Шумный кондиционер. Нет воды в бутылках при сильной жаре. Навязчивый персонал( за час до выезда активные вопросы об отъезде, в ресторане на завтраке-уборка тарелок беспрерывная, и навязчивая. Не знали куда поставили машину- на подземный или наземный-искали.

Lielisks restorāns un tā darbinieki,ļoti labas brokastis.Labs āra baseins un bārs pie tā.

The room was nice with a good view.

Cons:

We decided to eat at the 101 lounge bar and A La Carte restaurant as it was rather busy in the restaurant where the buffet dinner was. It was nice and relaxing in the 101 bar and restaurant with just us and another couple. Unfortunately, whilst the food was pleasant, the service was very poor and getting the attention of the waiter to get a drink was almost impossible due to him sitting on his mobile phone for almost all of the time that we were there. Fortunately, we had previously seen that there was a bar next door, Mr Frog, and went and had a very good night there were the service was spot on.

Gorąco polecam zaznajomienie się z lokalną kuchnią.
Pros:

Łóżka byly bardzo wygodne, poduszki dopasowane do indywidualnych potrzeb.
Śniadania były bardzo smaczne. Każdy może znaleźć coś co będzie dopasowane do jego diety (vege, vegetariańskiej, omniworycznej).
Personel i obsługa hotelowa były na najwyższym poziomie.
