Important information:

**Reception Hours and Contact Information**

Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. An emergency contact number is available for urgent matters outside of these hours.

**Key Collection and Self-Check-In Process**

Keys must be collected from the left side of the Ocean Apartments reception, located on the ground floor of Block C at 2 Western Harbor Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.

Ocean Apartments operates on a self-check-in basis. Guests are required to:

- Submit a valid form of photo identification via email.
- Complete a £100 security deposit pre-authorization per apartment using the provided link. Please note, this is a virtual hold; the amount will be frozen on your account but not charged.

Guests must contact the management team at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the self-check-in process. Check-in instructions will only be issued once all requirements have been fulfilled.

**Group Bookings Policy**

Ocean Apartments maintains a strict *No Group* policy. We do not accept bookings for certain groups, including single-sex parties, hen, and stag groups. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline bookings from guests residing in EH postcodes and surrounding areas.

**Children's Facilities**

A child's high chair and/or travel cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability.
Please note: bed linen is not supplied for cots.

**Housekeeping**

Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not provided. A weekly cleaning service is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.

**Additional Information**

- Breakfast packs are not available.
- Smoking on-site is strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of £200.
- This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

Funcionários se existe não vimos, artigos de higiene poucos ou nenhuns, as camas muito moles, artigos de cozinha em falta, toalha de mesa, sacos do lixo...
O apartamento é bem localizado e numa zona sossegada e agradável com transporte à porta para a cidade.

Quietness, view, and staff were excellent.

Limited kitchenware. Bed too firm. No drawers for clothes, so lived out of suitcase.

Pros:

Fabulous, comfortable apartment in a great location. On the Forth waterfront, easy walking to bars and to Ocean Terminal, and with great bus and tram links to the city. Secure parking for a car we didn't need to use. We loved it.

Nothing.

Overall we did have an enjoyable stay in the apartment and would recommend to others
Pros:

We liked the location and how close some of the restaurants and groceries were . The apartment was spacious and clean .

Cons:

The carpeting in the bedrooms . Also there was no fans or air conditioning. Keeping the windows open the whole night was not very comfortable due to the insects and noise from outside . I think adding some door stops to keep the bed room and living room doors open would help in making it less stuffy.

Pros:

Ich bereits das 2. Mal in der Unterkunft, wir hatten diesmal fast eine Penthousewohnung mit Blick auf die Britannia, eine Menge Platz für alle Personen, ich schätze die ruhige Lage und mit der Buslinie 11 ist man in nicht mal 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt, auch ist es möglich mit den Linienbus 17 ab Station Fishmarket Square (5 Min. Fußweg) für wenig Geld in 45 Min direkt zum Flughafen zu fahren, mit 1x Umsteigen auch ohne Fußweg, mit der eigenen kostenlosen Tiefgarage ist die Unterkunft natürlich auch für PKW Fahrer optimal

Free parking. Spacious. Separate bathrooms with the bedrooms. Pricey.
Pros:

The place is perfect if you need your space, separate bathroom with the bedroom, and also want to be able to either have breakfast at "home" in the morning or even make a dinner (we did not do this, but you could). The showers were good. The big bonus was the washing machine (combination machine with built-in dryer). The location is perfect. Uber or Bolt are affordable to bring you into main street Edinburgh for your day trips. But we had a car with us for our onward journey through the highlands after this, so the free parking was an absolute plus! Check-in was easy. Stayed here before, so it definitely is one of the go-to places for me now.

Cons:

Even for all the positive notes, I still think the price is a bit high.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage! Endhaltestelle des Bus Nr 11 in 3 Minuten/der Tram Airport - Newhaven mit Endhaltestelle Newhaven in 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Blue Harbour Cafe direkt gegenüber (ideal zum Frühstücken), Restaurants ( Pier Place) in 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Super Ausstattung - 2 Bäder, grosszügige Schafzimmer. Genügend Buchsen ( auch C2 für direktes Laden des Smartphones vorhanden. Gute Kommunikation zum Ein- und Auschecken. Wir ( 3 Erwachsene) haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Cons:

Der Checkin über eine SafeKey Box verlief problemlos. Aber fie Checkin Daten erhielten wir erst am Tag der Abreise und kurz vor dem Abflug. Wir hätten es begrüsst, die Daten gleich nach dem Hinterlegen eines Deposits ( 100 Pfund, wird erstrattet) und Übersendung einer Kopie des Reisepasses ( beides wird bei anderen gebuchten Unterkündten in Schottland nicht vrrlangr) zz erhalten, spätestens jedoch 2-3 Tage bir d3m Checkin

Pros:

Très bel appartement avec tout le nécessaire.
Très bonne literie, des pièces spacieuses et une belle vue depuis le 4ème étage.
L'arrêt de bus à quelques dizaines de mètres est très pratique pour se rendre au centre d'Édimbourg.

Pros:

The rooms were clean. The shower worked perfectly. They had more rooms than I needed.

Cons:

They do a pretty good job at explaining how to get your key and how to drop off your key when you check out, but I had to ask a gardener how to get into the building. It may be common in the UK, but I wasn't familiar with the entrance being on a different wall than the main key pad.
