**Reception Hours and Contact Information**
Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. An emergency contact number is available for urgent matters outside of these hours.
**Key Collection and Self-Check-In Process**
Keys must be collected from the left side of the Ocean Apartments reception, located on the ground floor of Block C at 2 Western Harbor Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.
Ocean Apartments operates on a self-check-in basis. Guests are required to:
- Submit a valid form of photo identification via email.
- Complete a £100 security deposit pre-authorization per apartment using the provided link. Please note, this is a virtual hold; the amount will be frozen on your account but not charged.
Guests must contact the management team at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the self-check-in process. Check-in instructions will only be issued once all requirements have been fulfilled.
**Group Bookings Policy**
Ocean Apartments maintains a strict *No Group* policy. We do not accept bookings for certain groups, including single-sex parties, hen, and stag groups. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline bookings from guests residing in EH postcodes and surrounding areas.
**Children's Facilities**
A child's high chair and/or travel cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability.
Please note: bed linen is not supplied for cots.
**Housekeeping**
Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not provided. A weekly cleaning service is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.
**Additional Information**
- Breakfast packs are not available.
- Smoking on-site is strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of £200.

A good location. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Good secure underground parking with security fob to enter the car park and building. Close to Asda, Royal Yacht Britannia. Comfortable beds.
The sofas were very low and uncomfortable. The dining chairs were also very low and difficult to get up from.. Both bathroom suites had extremely low toilets and basins. This is difficult for anyone with knee or hip problems. The flat was a bit soulless and needed some cushions, a rug or a pop of colour as everything is white or brown.
Location is great. Unit is very clean, comfortable, and met the expectations.
Curtain in one of the bed rooms is not closing properly.
Excellent and helpful staff. Apartment was comfortable. We were out of the central part of the city in a quiet area, near a bus line for easy access. Buildings was secure, quiet, and well maintained.
I didn’t care for the fact that doors didn’t stay open, so we needed to prop them all open with our bags to get air flow through the apartment.

Location superb.
Отличные, новые апарты на берегу моря. Чисто, отличная кровать и наличие всего необходимого. Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Остановка автобуса в центр перед входом. 30 мин и вы в самом центре. В пешей доступности отличные рыбные рестораны, заправка и большой супермаркет.
Quiet location
Bed, settees and dining chairs all very uncomfortable. Due to the nature of our stay we were in the apartment from late afternoon and there was nowhere you could get comfortable
Cleanliness
The kitchen could have had more cutlery, dishes, pots, utensils etc
Clean comfortable easy to find, interesting views. Easy to get to super market, shops, local leith attractions and to get in city centre.
A little noisy ( ie eventually quiet around 1am and then noise started again around 6am) and difficult to control the temperature; you have to open the doors to get fresh air in as the windows are integral. Then it’s noisy etc. Fans provided are noisy overnight. It was a high of around 20 degrees and low of 14 overnight for context, but too warm inside.
Noisy neighbours upstairs but that’s just luck of the draw of course and not the owner’s responsibility.
Room was spacious. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, kitchen area and living room
Pillows were hard. Doors were heavy and slammed shut. Had to use a suitcase to keep them open.

Bra läge för ett par dagar i Edinburgh. Bra med parkeringshus inte lätt att bli av med bilen i centrala Edinburgh. Buss utanför dörren eller billig taxi/uber funkade utmärkt. Nära till Asda butik för att handla.
A second time at the property, and we loved it just as much this time. We were travelling with a car this time, so it was much easier to get in and out of given it is a little far from downtown Edinburgh. But all in all it was really great value considering the space, amenities, and how well organised everything is.
The only things we would have liked were:
- a little more shower amenities, given the length of the stay
- some door stoppers for the doors, which were a bit of a hassle with our toddler
