**Reception Hours and Contact Information**
Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. An emergency contact number is available for urgent matters outside of these hours.
**Key Collection and Self-Check-In Process**
Keys must be collected from the left side of the Ocean Apartments reception, located on the ground floor of Block C at 2 Western Harbor Midway, Edinburgh, EH6 6PN.
Ocean Apartments operates on a self-check-in basis. Guests are required to:
- Submit a valid form of photo identification via email.
- Complete a £100 security deposit pre-authorization per apartment using the provided link. Please note, this is a virtual hold; the amount will be frozen on your account but not charged.
Guests must contact the management team at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange the self-check-in process. Check-in instructions will only be issued once all requirements have been fulfilled.
**Group Bookings Policy**
Ocean Apartments maintains a strict *No Group* policy. We do not accept bookings for certain groups, including single-sex parties, hen, and stag groups. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline bookings from guests residing in EH postcodes and surrounding areas.
**Children's Facilities**
A child's high chair and/or travel cot can be provided upon request and subject to availability.
Please note: bed linen is not supplied for cots.
**Housekeeping**
Please be aware that daily housekeeping is not provided. A weekly cleaning service is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.
**Additional Information**
- Breakfast packs are not available.
- Smoking on-site is strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of £200.
- This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

Close to bus stop
El apartamento era muy grande, comodo y perfectamente equipado. Teniamos el apartamento en la septima planta con unas vistas espectaculares. El autobus de la linea 11 sale en frente del apartamento y te deja en el centro. Cerca hsy un supermercado y algunos bares y restaurantes.
Para volver del centro es un poco mas complicado, depende desde donde, ya que solo el 11 te deja en frente del apartamento. Los demas te dejan mas lejos.

Spotlessly clean, fantastic view and ideal location within 20 minutes bus ride into the centre of Edinburgh.
The number 11 bus starts just outside and there is always one waiting.
The Royal yacht Britannia is about 10 minutes away by cab or you can get a bus from the fishcakes just a few minutes walk away.
The only thing which is a health and safety concern is the self closing doors on each bedroom. The spring loading system needs adjusting as the doors are really heavy and close so quickly. A child or even an adult could easily get a finger crushed in the closing doors.
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much.

Easy self checkin and checkout, apartment clean, spacious, modern, comfortable. Very clear instructions and easy comunication. Bus stop very close.

The apartment was close to a bus stop (5 minutes walk) and the tram line which we didn't use because of a technical issue. Cafe serving breakfast next door which was good. The apartment itself was clean and underground parking a bonus

It was clean.
The location was good.
The unit was clean.
The view was good.
It was hot when we were there, so we were happy to have the fans in each bedroom, as there is no air conditioning.
The bathroom sink had a minor leak when you would turn the water on. But, it was minor enough that we just put a towel on the floor and didn't bother to report it until we checked out.
The kitchen and living room furniture were not comfortable.
You should have some door stops available. We came as a family and wanted to all be able to hang out and talk, but the doors don't stay open. So, we had to use a kitchen chair to prop each bedroom door and the living room door open.

No cafetiere in otherwise well equipped kitchen.
Great location, very clean and was prefect for our needs. Managers were amazing to deal with and very accommodating. Highly recommend.
