Great location and I would definitely stay there again
Pros:

We stayed at the location following a large concert. The hotel was fully booked; however, the hotel was well equipped, and the location was very quiet and relaxing.

Cons:

I don’t know that this was within the control of the hotel, but there was an infestation of love bugs, and there were a number of them in one of our rooms

Pros:

Michael Scott, guest services mgr was very professional and patient as he was assisting a new employee on procedures. He took care of one small concern we had immediately. Because of Mr. Scott we will be staying there whenever we go to Gainesville.

The locations of the elevators when loading and unloading the car.

Stay was good would come back again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Plenty to eat. Staff was there to help you. Food area was very clean, seating was clean and wipe down as soon as the space was empty.

Cons:

To be honest the only thing that was a pain was the low toilets. Being older made it difficult to use them.

Pros:

That my family and I were able to go swimming, order door dash and have our own beds to sleep in. The staff treated my children like VIP guests and they all loved that. Everyone was so inviting and friendly. I would definitely be back.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything about my stay that I didn’t enjoy.

noisy; walls are paper thin, could hear people talking next door and above us
Rooms to be done "every other day"; we checked in on thursday at 5pm and on saturday at 5pm (when we showering for dinner) a person stopped by and asked if we "wanted any services"

I will stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The location is good. It is close to restaurants and supermarkets and not far from UF.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room, bed, bathroom. The pillows are all of the same softness, which is too soft. The bed made me feel itchy. There is a clump of hair in the drain. Front desk staff when I checked in was not very helpful or exactly polite. He just did the bare minimum, which the guests can notice. Breakfast staff did not get the bar ready when I went there but still spent some time sitting and talking to someone at a dining table in that area. We did not feel well-rested for the stay and that affected us on the next day.
