An excellent stay
Pros:

Like everything about the Hotel. Receptionist was really pleasant. Room was so clean. Bedding was clean and tidy. No noise from other guests. A great place and would return

I'd stay again if it was on a really good discount, but otherwise I would look for alternatives.
Pros:

Overall, I liked the neighborhood. The surroundings and buildings look nice from the outside. Many places can be reached via Victoria in 10 minutes. It's also a quiet and peaceful location. If you go a little south and west, you can find yourself among the locals.

Cons:

The fact that it's a hotel converted from an old house, the lack of an elevator, and the absence of private bathrooms and toilets in the rooms are all negative points. Also, the appliances, lamps, etc. in the rooms are very old.

This hotel ok but booking.com are rubbish
Pros:

It served a purpose after our other absolute diabolical slum had a water leak from another rooms shower into ours. All our electric went off and they expected us to stay there.

Cons:

Do not like the non existent customer care from Booking.com they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a hotel to be on their site.

Not very nice. I’ve worked near here several times before, and stayed nearby. This is not the worst hotel in the area…
Pros:

The location was good for where I was working

Cons:

The cold water in every room and loo was turned off. The stopcock under the sink turned, but nothing happened - it seems all cold water is off.
I didn’t try from the shower - but the cold water there is normally from a tank in the roof, so might not be got to drink.
I asked to fill my water bottle, and the man at reception did so. If I was not from this country I might not know that it is ILLEGAL to have a hostelry not provide FREE drinking water from the tap (or elsewhere) and would have been persuaded to buy some from reception.

Pros:

Location perfect. Close to a station and coffee shops and groceries. Comfortable enough for a night or 2.

Cons:

My bedroom doors were difficult to open. Shower wasn't the cleanest.

Things I like and don't like.
Pros:

I like the room it's cozy and neat. The toilet was clean and despite the fact that the room is a bit pricey, I wasn't aware that it's still shared bathroom and toilet,it was booked before I realised, but the bathroom and toilet was very clean above all. It has a sink in the room , which is so thoughtful.

Cons:

I don't like that I was given the room on the last floor , and the stairs were so tiny, walking all the way there is a NO for me,I spoke to the staff to change the room and I was told I couldn't, I am sorry but I won't be coming back , it's so exhausting walking through tiny stairs and the last floor just to sleep.

A nice accommodation for 2 Star rating. Staff were exceptional.
Pros:

Brilliant location close to Victoria Station. The accommodation was clean and all of the staff were very helpful and polite. The en-suite shower was small but adequate. The beds were comfy.

Cons:

There was a lack of hot water to the shower.
