Staff is always supportive and always greets us and remembers we have stayed before edguardo st the front desk is always so polite n takes care to see if we need anything and when we leave ensures we had a good stay..so thank you for that !

Not great and wouldn't stay there again.

Staff all seemed very nice.

Cons:

Our floor in our room was absolutely filthy. Our kids feet were BLACK from walking around. We used a white rag to clean the area by the door and it turned VERY gray. It was disgusting. Also the water stop in the tub didn't work, which made it very difficult to bathe our young child. The beds were also very uncomfortable, probably the worst we have ever had at any hotel.
