Awful staff
Pros:

Facility is top notch, however the staff does not measure up. The poorly groomed associate that checked me in was wearing his pajama top underneath a solid suit coat. He was not friendly. I had to ask for breakfast coupons. This associate couldn’t beat a vending machine in a customer service contest. Our room was clean , however the thermostat would not cool the room below 70 degrees. It was incredibly humid in the room. I was told it was a cost saving measure by the hotel. We went to breakfast only to find a buffet that was completely depleted. Almost no food, no plates. It was awful. Let’s not forget no hotel staff. This hotel is awful.

Old and musty rooms
Pros:

Great lobby but rooms were very old and musty smelling. Moldy doors, ripped wallpaper. I had a view of the rooftop. The bed was comfortable. Hotel needs a major remodel. Gym was small.

Overall we enjoyed it.
Pros:

The room was large. The beds were comfortable. It was newer updated.

Cons:

The tub was dirty. There was hair all in the bottom of the tub. We had to clean it out and remove hair for the shower to drain. Shower pressure was not the best, but we made do. Some of the late-night staff was not as friendly as the daytime staff. When asking a question, they looked at us like we were bothering them.
