Pros:

Регулярно останавливаемся в этом отеле. Отличное расположение, комфортные и уютные номера. На рецепшн высокий уровень сервиса. Администраторы Анжела и Татьяна - настоящие профессионалы и замечательные люди. Любая информация по городу, по отелю предоставляется моментально; всегда доброжелательные к гостям. Любые, даже нештатные, ситуации всегда решают так, чтобы гостям было максимально комфортно.
Нам все понравилось и мы непременно вернемся сюда снова.

Якщо їхати в Одесу , только в цей готель . Після проживання в цьому готелі , більше розмінюватись на шось інше , навіть

Персонал готелю , а саме адміністратори (особливо адміністратор Анжела) відгукуються та вирішують будь які питання та складнощі . Розташування готелю дуже зручно : самий центр , але в затишному місці .

Ідеальне місце для комфортного відпочинку: красивий готель, чудове розташування, привітний персонал

Нам сподобалося абсолютно все: розташування готелю, атмосфера, чистота, комфорт, зручності та дуже уважний та привітний персонал! Окремо хочеться відзначити кондиціонування)) Коли у спеку близько +40 на вулиці в готелі було неймовірно приємно та комфортно. Ми залишилися дуже задоволені перебуванням і з радістю повернулися б ще і не один раз! Також хочу подякувати за можливість раннього вʼїзду та пізнього відʼїзду

Вентиляція не працювала в номері. Але нам надали кращий номер наступного дня. Їжа і кава не були смачними. Сервіс прекрасний.

Pros:

Перш за все, хочеться подякувати Анжелі, яка зустріла нас в перший день нашого відпочинку, попередньо замовивши для мене і доньки таксі ( за моїм проханням), далі на ресепшині Анжела привітно нас зустріла, допомогла мені занести валізу до номеру, підказала смачні кафешки у Одесі. Хочеться, також, відмітити Сашу дівчинку з кафешки, яка надзвичайно позитивна та любʼязна. І звісно, ж , охорона, то любов. Гарна локація готелю, в самому центрі. Номера, рушники та постіль чистенькі.
