Cons:

Es sind viel zu viele Menschen auf viel zu kleinem Raum, der Lärmpegel am Pool sowie im Restaurant war eine Zumutung, wir sind nach 2 Tagen abgereist

Pros:

Milý personál, super infinity bazén (bohužel v našem termínu už dost studený), široký výběr dobrého jídla, moře krásně čisté a jen pár kroků od hotelu.

Cons:

Dveře od pokoje pouštěly hodne hluku z chodby, když někdo procházel a povídal si, tak nás to budilo. Jídelna je velká, ale i tak bylo často složité najít volný stul (i když zaměstnanci rychle uklízeli a připravovali je po předchozích hostech).

Cons:

Great response to a dietary issue and highly professional staff!

On our third day, we noticed that "vegan" labeled vegetables were grilled on the same grill as pork. We reported this, as dietary labels must be respected for ethical, health, and religious reasons.

The management handled this major issue perfectly. The next day, they created a dedicated vegetarian corner with a much larger food selection and moved the bacon away.

Because of their excellent crisis management and the extremely professional staff (especially the housekeepers), I am leaving a high rating. I hope this vegan/vegetarian setup remains for future guests!

Pros:

Pro: the restaurant served practically every type of food, although the options were rather repetitive. One small note about breakfast: we Italians, who usually have a sweet breakfast, would have liked to also have some of the desserts that were available at lunch or dinner (slices of cake or muffins), which were missing instead. Impeccable cleanliness, staff always willing to clean, make up the room and replace the towels.

Cons: the offer said all inclusive. In reality that is not quite the case. On the beach there are sun umbrellas that can only be used for an extra fee (somewhat contradictory, having paid for an all inclusive package). There is access to 3 unheated outdoor pools, so all the guests end up going swimming there. It obviously becomes an overcrowded place, full of children. The restaurant is also sometimes excessively crowded and feels more like a canteen. Worth noting for anyone having dessert: do NOT sit outside on the terrace, because of a considerable number of wasps that can disturb your meal.

Pros:

Very child-friendly, with a kindergarten where you can safely leave your children. The room had a beautiful view. The food was simple, fresh, and healthy, with fish served every day. The pizza was very tasty, and the croissant with marmalade was delicious. Everything was fresh and enjoyable. Free parking.

Cons:

Some of the sunbeds with umbrellas were available only for an additional fee, even though they were mostly unoccupied.

Cons:

Dann man beim Essen keinen Platz hatte wo Klima ist der hundebereich war nicht so toll , zu heiß keine Klima . Pool Zuviel Urlauber .der Aufzug für soviel Urlauber nicht ok zulange gewartet.personal unfreundlich , parken zu weit weg . Und finde es nicht in Ordnung das nur der Pool Bereich dabei ist und nicht der Strand wieder extra zu zahlen für liegen . Da in Pool Bereich um 8 Uhr früh schon die Menschen Schlangen gestanden sind zum reingehen möchte im Urlaub ausschlafen und keine Betten reservieren unpackbar. Und dann alles zu voll , massenabfertigung .für Hunde Zuwenig Platz am Meer

Cons:

Viele Displays im Zimmer die man nicht ausschalten konnte und daher zu hell zum schlafen ….
Nur eine Tür für WC und Dusche ! Also entweder Dusche oder WC geschlossen
