Good hotel and beautiful
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful and very big have many restaurants and one heated pool rooms are clean and big

Cons:

Pool bar is closed all drinks in resturant need to charge and in the room they dont put any water and when you want need to charge in 4 days more than 50€ we paying for water

Cons:

Персонал работает ужасно. Ранее мы запрашивали, чтобы в номере была одна большая кровать, но по приезду мы увидели 2 одноместные кровати. Мы попросили установить нам топер, чтобы можно было соединить кровати и когда зашли в номер, то увидели, что топер нам кинули на пол вместе с наматрасником. Также не работал шлагбаум при выезде и нам пришлось ждать 25 минут чтобы кто-то пришёл. Очень неприятное чувство после проживания в отеле.

Tout est parfait. Nous sommes venus en janvier et c’est pour cet hôtel que nous sommes revenus à cet endroit. Accueil, service chaleureux, toujours aux petits soins peu importe le personnel. Petit déjeuner excellent, omelette sur mesure avec une cheffe adorable ! Des vues à couper le souffle dans chaque coin de l hôtel. Des piscines toutes aussi belles les unes que les autres. Il y a tout sur place comme un village, plusieurs restaurants plusieurs piscines et même une plage! Architecture magnifique et chambre idyllique! Très calme très reposant et très sécurisé

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir y rester plus longtemps !

Pros:

El hotel es precioso, parece un decorado de película. Es grande y las piscinas son muy bonitas. El servicio es muy bueno, camareros muy amables. La piscina climatizada en la zona thelevel es un plus.

Cons:

Algunos pasillos y escaleras no estaban limpios…
La oferta en el buffet es algo escasa, aunque es de buena calidad.
