Pros:

I loved the staff very helpful.

Cons:

Think booking.com could of done better with having a credit card on file prior to going to hotel seemed like it could have been a problem.

Cons:

The hotel is located very close to the main road, and since our room was in the first row, it was quite noisy during the stay.

We stayed for 3 nights, but our room was never cleaned. I assume housekeeping is only provided upon request, but nobody informed us about this at check-in.

I also would not rely on the “grab and go” breakfast if you are planning early trips to Zion National Park. During our stay, breakfast started only at 7:30 AM, which was too late for us.

We had a lovely time--the only down side was not staying longer!
Pros:

Our check in was easy and by the most charming lovely person from down the road at Bryce! I regret not holding on to her name, because she made use feel welcomed and oriented to a majestic place!

Die Lage ist Top! Bushaltestelle in 1min erreichbar oder man ist zu Fuss in ca 25min im Visitor Center

Cons:

Das Frühstück (wenn man es überhaupt so nennen kann) ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich würde mich schämen so etwas auf zu tischen. Das Frühstück to go besteht aus einem gefrorenem, in Plastik eingepacktem Bagel, dazu Frischkäse, ein Apfel und ein auch wider in Plastik eingepackter Muffin mit sehr fragwürdigen Innhaltsstoffen...

Très cher pour les prestations, pas propre (nous avons trouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain) et le personnel ne répond pas aux messages.

Great stay in a neat town.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very clean. We were on the 2nd floor and had to carry luggage up the stairs but it was doable. They gave you a breakfast bag which was nice and had plenty of food to fill you up.

Would stay here again if visiting Zion
Pros:

Location is great. Walking distance to eats, grocery and bus stop to Zion NP. Staff was great. Grab and go breakfast for hikers.

Cons:

Bathroom smelled of mildew. Mattress a bit tired/lumpy.

A beautiful place to stay after a busy day in the Park.
Pros:

The view from Room 311. The check in lady, Diana was wonderful.

Cons:

Our air conditioner did not function well. It was often humid in the later part of the day and took a while to get as cool as we wanted it.

Pros:

Every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's a quiet location conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and the Zion shuttle. Appreciated the to-go breakfast, and coffee and water in the and lobby!

The location was fabulous and the accommodations comfortable.

Cons:

Staff was hard to find, the bag breakfast was “meh”, and there were odd gaps, like no tissues in the room. No deal breakers, just oddities.

Pros:

We stayed at Zion Canyon Lodge for Mother's Day and it was an incredible treat for my mom and myself. Nice, clean room, really comfortable bed, and one of the best views in town.
