Great option for Zion National Park
Pros:

Excellent location for Zion National Park, lots of free parking. The grab and go breakfast option was perfect for us and they even let you collect it the night before if you are setting off early. Rooms are lovely and clean.

Cons:

No pool (not that there was one advertised but it would have been a lovely bonus!). All of the washing machines were broken and there is no longer a laundromat in town so nowhere to do laundry locally. Not cheap but this seems to be expected for the area.
