Pros:

Perfect location and ideal to attend US Open Tennis.
Pros:

I was at the US Open Tennis and this hotel is ideal for that purpose. Their location is just 10/15 minutes away from Billie Jean King center and about the same time from the LaGuardia airport. The best part of the deal is they provide a shuttle to drop and pick you from the event. Considering how late the matches go, it is an absolutely a blessing.

It is a no frills hotel, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

One of my friends who had a different room did find cockroaches.

Nice comfortable hotel with easy access to subway and in house restaurant.
Pros:

They tried hard to please. They knew name and room number. They fixed door lock issue immediately. Rooms were nice size and updated. Breakfast buffet was excellent, Parking garage and location were perfect for the tennis center and easy walk to subway and restaurants.Shuttle was a nice help as well.

Great place to stay. Free breakfast at IL Punto was excellent with an excellent Wait Staf!!
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. Went for the U.S. Open, very close to the venue. They offer a shuttle to the Open, but the vans can be a bit crowded.
We actually used Lyft because the fair was no more than $7 and we had the vehicle to ourselves.

Cons:

The bathrooms are dated. Although the bathroom was clean, the bath tub was extremely old and permanently stained. Lysol spray is always my go to!!
