Fantastic place to spend our vacation!
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel and did not want to leave! Our view of the caldera, the staff, and the location were amazing! It was so nice to have the wonderful breakfast delivered to our balcony each morning. I have to mention again that the staff went above and beyond what was expected.

Cons:

I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The views from our room were amazing. The girl at the reception was nice and professional.

Cons:

The room itself was nothing to do with 5 star. Bathroom full disaster. Breakfast was ok, but not 5 star breakfast. Not a lot of variety, though quality was good. Not a real buffet breakfast. The most disappointing thing was that I spend their my birthday and they didn’t put any detail in the room, not even a card or a flower. Let along some little present or treat. NOTHING! I all my life travel for my birthday. First time happened to me. Anyway room was “empty”, nothing reminds you about 5 star! For our last breakfast I got smoothie with a plastic bag inside. It was blended inside into little pieces, so I swallowed part of plastic before I understood shat happened. They apologized but obviously it was not enough. So, all in all not repeatable, not recomendable, not 5 star.

Las vistas impresionantes desde la terraza. Muy agradable tomar el desayuno mirando a la caldera y el volcán.

Cons:

Quizás la falta de luz en los dormitorios al dar a un patio interior, pero por lo demás precioso y confortable.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Breathtaking caldera view combined with the excellent service

Exceptional service, location and stay
Pros:

Everything was amazing - from the view that you could see outside the room, the staff helping with suitcases and even lunch boxes as we were leaving early to catch a ferry therefore we'd miss out on our breakfast, staff assisting with booking taxis and even early check in which was amazing! The room was so clean and the traditional look of it was unmatched! The receptionists were available 24/7 and were so helpful as to provide us with a map and explained where to go in Santorini for what most interested us. The location of the hotel was central to everything, only took a 5 minute walk to the city centre. Can go on forever but that should be enough to convince you how great it is!
