- Super Lage, nahe der Innenstadt
- der Hund durfte kostenfrei mitkommen
- gutes Frühstück
- Gebäude mit Charme und wunderschönem Innenhof
- Parkmöglichkeiten (allerdings SEHR eng, wir haben uns für das Parkhaus entschieden, hauptsächlich aber auch wegen der hohen Temperaturen)

- Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer (ganz oben) war etwas schwach für die Außentemperaturen

Pros:

Látmosfera e la posizione, buona la colazione e il personale si é dimostrato sempre disponibile.
Ottimo il parcheggio con possibilitá di entrare nella zona a traffico limitato.
Comoda la camera con terrazzo.

Cons:

Hotel un po trascurato e datato sia negli arredi della camera che in generale tutta la struttura.
Il bar chiude troppo presto e la colazione inizia dopo le ore otto.

Cons:

Francamente visto che si tratta di un complesso antico con vincoli da rispettare non ritengo vi siano manchevolezze da evidenziare.

Residenza dal sapore antico in ottima posizione, gestita con cortesia e professionalità

La posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Duomo e da Piazza del Campo, che sono le maggiori attrazioni della città. Il sapore antico della residenza e il chiostro (purtroppo infrequentabile visto il gran caldo dei giorni del mio soggiorno). La colazione, servita in una bella sala, ricca di scelte dolci e salate

Cons:

Il frigorifero dentro l'armadio lo riscalda esageratamente. Il televisore non prendeva aveva RAI 1 (!!)
