We had an excellent 5 nights here and could not fault anything. The view of the acqueduct from our room was exceptional.

Nice view, good location
Pros:

The location and view from our room of the Acueducto was excellent, everything we wished to visit was walkable. We had a large room with a large comfortable bed and all the amenities that you would expect. It has secure underground parking which was useful for us. The only minor irritation was that only one lift was working during our stay and our room was on the top floor.

Great venue, poor management.
Pros:

The Receptionists were very helpful, but they were the only member of staff in the hotel for about 48 hours.

Cons:

We had problems with air con and lighting, but because the Receptionists are the only staff on site, we couldn't get them fixed. They need better support. This is cost cutting in a four star hotel which ruins the experience.

Cons:

los ascensores no funcionaban, tuve que bajar maletas a mano, también al parking tuve que acceder con maletas por la calle,
el desayuno algunas embutidos estaban muy resecos y alguna fruta ya podrida, una pena.

Die Lage direkt beim Aquädukt ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist auch gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Wir hatten nachts immer wieder Schwierigkeiten mit der Klimaanlage. Das Duschen in der Badewanne war etwas eng.

Buen hotel ubicación genial.
Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza , amabilidad.

Cons:

Se me hizo un poco caro el precio por una noche, la ubicación es excelente y el hotel está muy bien. Pero bueno es lo que hay, era para ver el afro blue festival y estaba al lado así que por una ocasión nos damos un capricho.
