Great!
Pros:

View from room of the aqueduct, central location, good breakfast and parking on site.

Cons:

One of the two lifts was unserviceable.

Pros:

Espacio de la habitación ,vista, que tenga bidet , la limpieza general y el personal.

Cons:

Ducha tipo bañera ,deslizaba algo. Algo de calor de la habitación- no todos quieren dormir con el acondicionado puesto. Cereales de desayuno un poco pobres y a mí personalmente camas no tan cómodas.

Great location for exploring Segovia on foot

Location is great !

Cons:

Bathroom sink draining really slow ( takes about a minute to completely drain the water from basin after closing the tap) , house keeping staff came said it’s normal.

No ventilation in the bathroom

No creo tenga 4 estrellas mas bien es un 3 estrellas. No puede ser que haga un frio horrible y que no se pueda poner la calefacción en la habitación porque ya han quitado la central y que la solución sea darte una manta

Belle découverte de Ségovie
Pros:

l'emplacement de l’hôtel est facile d'accès; situé en bas de de la ville à proximité immédiate de l'aqueduc.
la chambre est spacieuse avec un bon confort coté literie.
le petit déjeuner est très bon et le personnel est souriant et aimable.

Cons:

coté parking c'est un plus mais c'est si pas facile à garer.
pour le reste tout est OK

Hoten totalmente centrico
Pros:

El desague de la ducha engullia muy poco. Lo comentamos por la mañana en recepcion y a media tarde estaba solucionado. Ole personal Siempre muy atentos.

Cons:

Por poner algo solo habia un ascensor. El otro avisaba que estaba en reparacion
