Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. MYR10 Tourism Fee is applied to Foreign Tourists, payable to hotel upon check in. This Tourism Fee is exempted for stays between 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2022.

Die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist laut. Klimaanlage sehr laut. Das Fenster war auch nicht dicht und deshalb sehr laut. Ich hatte ein Exekutive Zimmer gebucht, aber da das Zimmer sehr laut war haben sie mich downgraded und ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Für den Preis gibt es bessere Hotels in KL.

A comfortable and wonderful stay with great amenities and wonderful staff.
Pros:

It’s right at the center of KL and we can just walk around the neighborhood

Cons:

The junior suite we stayed was comfortable except for the wardrobe which is really small

Carpet and curtains had multiple stains which made the rooms feel dirty (noting that bed sheets and bathroom were clean).

Im Bad gibt es einen Filter-Wasserhahn. Perfekt zum Zähneputzen, Gesichtwaschen und Wasserflaschen auffüllen. Frühstück war super! Es gab Europäisches, Amerikanisches und asiatisches zur Auswahl. Außerdem Obst, Säfte, Wasser und Kaffee!

Cons:

Die bei Booking angezeigte Adresse hat mich via Google/ Karten an einen falschen Ort geschickt. Ich hab den Namen dann eingegeben und musste mit Koffer zu Fuß 1,5 Kilometer woanders hingehen. Ob der Fehler bei der Adresse oder bei Google Maps liegt kann ich nicht sagen.

Everything pitch-perfect. The location was phenomenal. Right next to the walking bridge. We didn't need to rent a car or call grab as this was the best place to explore via foot even though we had a 1 year old baby with us. Loved. Next, comfort. Superb luxurious hotel, seems like newly built, utter luxury. The lifts, the corridors, the lobby, the room, the bathrooms. Super clean, decent size of both bathroom and the room itself. I travel a lot to different cities and comfort is my no.1 priority and this was catered to by Novotel. It will be my no.1 spot whenever I come back to KL IN SHA ALLAH. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, the view was amazing, we got some KL tower view and also KLCC view. The area around it was all luxury and shouted "high-end" . There are two 7/11 stores across the street and 1 other big store right in the basement of this hotel which was phenomenal. Also the staff omg. My suitcase lock was not opening and they sent someone in the middle of the night to open it. I cant thank them enough.

Cons:

Nothing at all seriously! I'am 100% staying here IN SHA ALLAH whenever I return. I stayed with my wife and baby.
