From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. MYR10 Tourism Fee is applied to Foreign Tourists, payable to hotel upon check in. This Tourism Fee is exempted for stays between 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2022.
An amount of deposit will be collected upon check-in and unutilized amount is refundable upon departure.

Breakfast was our main meal and we thoroughly enjoyed taking the variety that we liked and was available.
I wouldn’t say didn’t like but would love to go to the roof top to enjoy which I didn’t get time to find out the details.
Close to conference venue. The lovely gentleman who serviced our room.
Our room was beside the service elevator so we had constant noise from that coupled with the very loud air conditioner meant little sleep 😞
1. The location was superb, very close to Pavillion.
2. They upgraded my stay to the executive floor, which was very nice and appreciated.
3. The room has 3M filter water which was awesome. The amenity was very well prepared with good shampoo and conditioner.
4. The staff at the bar was very kind. On our last afternoon (27 June), he offered a free Sprite to my son, after he became aware that we had an Accor Plus card (to support me not being able to get a discount of our previous bill). He did not have to do it, but was doing such out of kindness.
During our last evening on 26 June 2026, the electricity in our room (2708) was unstable from around 6pm until 9:20pm, and caused 3 of our chargers completely broken. What made this worst was the duty manager in charge was not hands-on to fix the root cause, and kept asking us to change room & no other solutions/compensation. When I told her that the electricity does not seem to be our room's issue alone, our opposite room seems to have the same issue, she said that she did not receive any call from such room yet, therefore, the only solution remained us changing room. As it turned out, the electricity in the whole floor (floor 27) was not stable, and the whole floor had a blackout for 20 minutes (on top of 3 hours waiting in a dark room for the technician to fix the electricity in my room). Should the duty manager in charge be more hands-on and come to the floor to check, that might have resolved the issue faster. I love the hotel so much, but not this very experience. If it wasn't thanks to the bar staff I mentioned above, I would have rated 7 for Novotel KLCC for our stay this time because of the duty manager's ability to handle crisis.

Overall, you can't go wrong with Novotel in KLCC , as its' a couple of minute walk to a pretty big mall (Pavilion)

Narrow entryway access to parking, toilet shower area & toilet bowl sitting area are so narrow for room number 2109

Hotel rooms were clean and newly builts/well maintained.
Can be a bit child friendly..was constantly asked to keep the kids away and not damage anything or else i would have to pay.
