Prachtige plek, maar service is te laag voor dit hotel.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, mooie plek, waanzinnig uitzicht!

Cons:

Er ging veel fout in de service. Verkeerde bestelling, verkeerde tafel, niet altijd tijd voor je.

Romantisch hotel voor een heerlijk ontspannen verbljjf
Pros:

Van alles te doen vanuit het hotel: fietsen huren, sauna, verschillende strandjes, op loopafstand van Rovinj en leuke restaurants. Alles wordt voor je geregeld en de service was uitstekend.

Het ontbijt vonden wij wat grootschalig aan doen

Pros:

Great hotel, would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. The location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk from the old town and the beach, so everything is easily accessible on foot. The view from the hotel over the city is absolutely stunning, and spending time by the pool with such a backdrop makes the experience even better. Breakfast was rich and varied, with something to suit everyone's taste.

The staff is very firendly, they saw it was my husband's birthday one day and we got treated to a complimentary prosecco and some sweets, which was increadibly kind.

Beautiful way to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is amazing.
The views were stunning from every aspect. Each and every member of staff were friendly and the hotel was spotless. The breakfast was lovely with a very varied buffet and the hot food choices served to your table on request. I could go on and on. Just do yourself a favour and book, you will not be disappointed.

Best hotel stay I have ever had
Pros:

Best hotel stay we have ever had. My husband and I stayed for a few days for my significant birthday. The hotel and staff made me feel very special. The level of service is superior to what we have ever had. The hotel is a gentle walk to the old town. The services on offer are awesome. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and wished we had stayed longer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was somewhat marred by a few issues. First, dogs should not be allowed in the hotel's common areas, such as the breakfast room, lounge and lobby. Not all guests are comfortable around animals and it can also be a hygiene concern for a hotel of this standard.

Second, we noticed that drinks such as wine were poured very sparingly at both the bar and during dinner. For the price point of this hotel, we would expect more generous servings.
