5 Sterne Hotel, dass nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen hat

Das Frühstücksangerbot war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels fantastisch. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alle Mitarbeiten konnten sehr gut englisch sprechen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer gebucht. Leider sind die Einrichtungen im Zimmer NICHT behindertengerecht.
Die Dusche verfügt nicht über Haltegriffe, keinen einzigen Handtuchhalter, keine Ablageflächen im Badezimmer oder in der Dusche, keine rutschfesten Fliesen oder Matten. Nur das WC ist mit Haltegriffen ausgestattet. Der Schrank ist absolut nicht geeignet für Rollstuhlfahrer. Auch die Eingangstür zum Zimmer lässt sich nicht fixieren, sodass man Schwierigkeiten mit dem Rollstuhl beim Betreten und Verlassen des Zimmers hat. Der Pool verfügt nur über Leitern, das macht ein Betreten des Pools unmöglich. Das Kaltbecken beim SPA-Bereich hat Stufen, hatte aber nur 18 Grad und ist für einen Behinderten nicht geeignet.
Zusammenfassend kann gesagt werden "NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT FÜR BEHINDERTE MENSCHEN"
Sehr schade, denn wir wären gerne wieder gekommen.

Hervorragendes Frühstück, Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf Rovinj, tolles Bad mit freistehender Badewanne, beheizter Pool war ideal für unser 5-monatiges Baby, damit auch Anfang April baden super möglich, schöne Saunen, hervorragende Massagen - wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Wunderschönes modernes Hotel. Es ist ein Traum hier den Urlaub verbringen zu können. Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und von sehr guter Qualität.

Cons:

Einen Punkt muss ich doch beanstanden. Für einen Aperol der in einem sehr kleinen Glas serviert wird und voll mit Eiswürfeln ist und somit nur wenig zum Trinken bleibt 15€ verlangen ist wirklich überteuert . Auch wenn das Ambiente sehr schön ist.
