Dokonalost.Absolutní spokojenost se.vším po celou desetidenni dobu pobytu. Profesionální, milý, vstřícný, ochotný personál na všech úrovních. Bezstarostné zajištění parkování v garážích.Vynikající snídaně ,vynikající jídlo ve všech restauracích hotelu , úžasná obsluha .Také musíme vyzdvihnout skvělý servis na plážích Mulini a ostrově Sv.Katarina, těšili jsme se na setkání s milým, profesionálním personálem s osobním přístupem. Zažili jsme v Rovinji jednu z nejlepších dovolených.
Budeme se rádi vracet.

Top Luxushotel mit wunderschöner Aussicht!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Essen, Lage, Personal, Poolanlage, Sicht zur Stadt Rovinj alles war top und sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, ist dass wir bereits am Vormittag "vom System/Computer" ausgecheckt wurden, obwohl wir noch gar nicht ausgecheckt hatten. War wohl ein technischer Fehler.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel - all excellent, stunning views over old town and Marina.
If I was being very critical I would say the beach/pool service was not amazing but more than satisfactory and obviously no sandy beaches in Croatia.
Breakfast always great, hot food prepared fresh and plenty of choice of pastries, fruit and cereal, fresh coffees etc. At the hotel we ate at the steak restaurant as well as the Michelin star restaurant by the harbour, both very good. We also ate in the town, all restaurants great and better value if you’re watching the pennies - would definitely recommend the Grand Park and Rovinj, we had a great stay with our grown up children and partners. Maybe not so good with young children due to lack of beach they could play on.

We rented electric bikes, went to the nearby island to swim and do some smaller cliff jumps, sat at the beach.

4th time a dream
Pros:

This was our 4th stay at the Grand Park and it didn’t disappoint. Staff as always were very helpful & friendly, excellent housekeeping, we both had a massage which were great. I attended 3 yoga classes which I really enjoyed

Eindrucksvolles Hotel in Top-Lage, aber mit Schwächen im Detail und Service.
Pros:

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die absolute Top-Lage des Hotels. Das Personal an der Rezeption war vom ersten Moment an überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein echtes Highlight ist der Poolbereich, von dem aus man einen einmaligen Blick auf die Stadt genießen kann. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass am Strand kostenlose Liegen für die Hotelgäste bereitstanden. Unser Zimmer überzeugte durch eine enorme Größe und viel Platz. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine tolle, riesige Anlage, und auch das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen war sehr reichhaltig und bot eine schöne Auswahl.

Cons:

Leider ließ der Komfort im Zimmer zu wünschen übrig: Das Bett empfanden wir als sehr ungemütlich und der Fernseher hing extrem tief. Geärgert hat uns, dass Trinkwasser nicht nur extra berechnet wurde, sondern auch ziemlich teuer war – in dieser Hotelkategorie müsste das zwingend inklusive sein! Auch im Service gab es deutliche Schwächen. Am Pool wollten wir etwas bestellen, woraufhin es hieß, ein Kollege kommt gleich – dieser tauchte jedoch nie auf. Beim Frühstück dauerte es zudem unverhältnismäßig lange, bis uns endlich der Kaffee serviert wurde. Zusammenfassend stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht ganz: Für den aufgerufenen Preis bekommt man am Ende einfach ein bisschen zu wenig Leistung und Service geboten.

Cons:

Leider gab es im Gegensatz zu den ersten Jahren keine kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten mehr, wie z. B. bei der Abreise Olivenöl als Geschenk.
