Great Location, Room for Improvement
Pros:

The location was excellent—very central and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast, which was served in the main building (we stayed in the annex), offered a good selection of options. As we were leaving before breakfast on our final morning, the staff kindly provided us with a breakfast bag to take with us, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.
The bathroom and bedding were clean, although they were beginning to look a little tired and could benefit from some updating.

Cons:

We found our stay to be a bit of a mixed bag. While we were happy with some aspects, there were several areas that left us disappointed.
The cleanliness could definitely have been better. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the floors left our feet dirty, and there was green build-up in the fridge drain. The fridge also didn't keep food or drinks particularly cold, and we couldn't find any way to adjust the temperature.
The air conditioning was also underwhelming, as it never managed to cool the room below 20°C.
We didn't report these issues during our stay because we were only there for three nights. While that arguably didn't give them an opportunity to resolve them, the cleaning issues in particular were fairly basic and should ideally have been addressed before our arrival.

Pros:

Super friendly staff that helped us with water taxi. Let us stay at the hotel after we checked out and waited for the train. The room was cool retro looking.

Pros:

Mr. Periera is a great front desk host along with other team members.

Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and clean and most importantly the staff is very helpful and accomodative.

They allow ro store your luggage and use washrooms and refill waterbottles even hours after checkout.

Wie kommen gern wieder und empfehlen das Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Für ein Kurzurlaub sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Cons:

Der Anlieferverkehr ist schon ein wenig laut, lässt sich aber auch nicht vermeiden. Das Zimmer ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Es war aber alles super sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend👍

Purtroppo mi sono trovato i miei oggetti personali frugati, personale di pulizia anche abbastanza volgare e receptionista al check out di una maleducazione unica. Cattivo odore nel bagno e aria in stanza che la sera non era possibile usare. Posizione ottima a 13 minuti dalla stazione

we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, while the room was a little outdated, it was clean and in a great location. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. we felt very welcome.

Cons:

the room could be updated, its just a little old looking. but everything was working fine.

Had a lovely time with the exception of the heat in the room.
Pros:

My husband had a medical emergency and the staff were excellent in getting an ambulance etc.
The bar and restaurant on the canal were wonderful.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn't working and they had no back up fans, so when my husband got heatstroke the wait for the ambulance was very uncomfortable.
