Excellent accueil de la part du personnel de l'hôtel, toujours prêt à nous renseigner et très prévenant.
La chambre était impeccable et l'hôtel dispose de toutes les commodités autour: restaurants, bar, point poste, pharmacie, petit supermarché et commerces. Très pratique.

Cons:

Il faisait chaud dans la chambre au deuxième.

Pros:

L emplacement dans Venise le personnel à l écoute et très sympa le petit déjeuner complet et varié les 2 restaurants à côté la taille et la propreté de la chambre

Cons:

Nous étions à l annexe et la chambre que nous avions donnait sur la rue très passante donc beaucoup de bruits nuit et jour.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Będę polecała znajomym ten hotel.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Bezpieczna okolica. Sklepy spożywcze obok. Przy wejściu do pokoju sofa. W pokoju była pojemna szafa. Pokój był wystarczająco duży dla 3 osób.

Cons:

Przy dużej liczbie gości czasami trzeba było poczekać na wolny stolik podczas śniadania. Hotel był bez windy, co dla osób starszych mogłoby stanowić problem, zwłaszcza w przypadku pokoju na najwyższym piętrze.
