Avila La Fonda Hotel

Beautiful hotel that we revisit whenever we're in the area.
Fantastic staff! I left my sandals in the room and they were returned to me at the hotel's expense. The best place to stay on the central coast!

Amazing experience! Super cute place but the staff and extras put it over the top! Breakfast, nachos at lunch time, wine for HH and pie for dessert. Highly recommend.

Our first trip to Avila beach and stayed at Avila La Fonda at the recommendation of our friends who had stayed there previously. Our five night stay was a excellent experience; room was all we could want, very helpful staff, dog friendly vibe, little extras like pie & ice cream in the evening. A block to the beach where dogs are welcome except from 10 AM to 5 PM. We will be going back.

The hotel was lovely, clean and quiet. All the staff were kind, courteous and helpful.

Hotels location is just perfect . A half block from a gorgeous beach . Staff are fabulous- friendly and very helpful. Perks - all day long are a big plus !

The location is ideal for walking to the beach and places to eat and shop nearby. There is also a wine tasting around the corner. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and they have a cute basket full of treats in the room as well as wine in the evening with appetizers and croissant and coffee in the morning all inclusive. I will definitely stay here again

Had a wonderful time in Avila at the La Fonda Hotel. One of our favorites in Avila. Clean, quiet, nice amenities and great customer service. Beautiful location and convenient to the restaurants and shops. Another plus, they are dog friendly! We normally don't bring our dog but we did this time and it was great! Can't wait until next time!

Its is a great hotel, location and wonderful staff. The only thing was the room was hot and stuffy so had to run the cooling system constantly which was vey loud. However, would definitely go back .

This hotel reminds me of small Inns in some of the most beautiful villages in Europe. The lobby is a gathering place during the 4 complimentary events such as cocktail hour with wine and hors d’oeuvres. This time we talked to a couple who live 20 minutes away and come here for their birthdays.
The rooms are comfortable and quiet. We always try to stay here whenever we’re in the area.
The staff (Monica the manager and Jay at reception) are friendly and always make a special effort to accommodate everyone. Thank you.

Beautiful Spanish style decor graces the entire building. The kitchen had a full refrigerator and amenities for preparing meals. It is just a block from the beach and cafes in this small beach town. The happy hours, breakfasts, and pies were amazing. We had some wonderful conversations with other guests. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic getaway.

Super cute, great location and friendly staff from the gift basket in the room croissants in the morning beer at lunch and wine around dinner time to keep it off. They had fresh meat pies at the end of the evening. Definitely would stay again.
