Super leuke kamer, tot in details over na gedacht. Echt aanrader!
Comfort. Bed was niet best.
The bed could have been a little softer.
I would give this place minus zero if I could!!!!
Horrible experience from start to finish!
I will start at the beginning, we walked into less than competent front office staff that could not help at all with a gift certificate I had purchased.
Long story short this place has been sold to a group of individuals that give a crap less on customer service, keeping the place clean and sanitary, and safe!
It took us over an hour and still no answers on checking in, so they said we will take your credit card for incidental while we figure out why you can’t use one of the three gift cards I have on file.
I bought multiple stays on a Black Friday special.
So in all of the chaos we decide to go to dinner and come back only to find that they had charged us full price and told us we aren’t honoring your gift certificates!!! What the Sam Hell is that?? You can take a thousand dollars in purchased gift cards and just say NO you can’t use them??
Great customer service people!
Then as all of this is going on I see a 45 year old woman walk in with a fourteen year old boy and they make their way to a room!
There is a strict no minor policy in an adult hotel but more importantly is this a pedophilia situation and they are turning a blind eye??? EVERY DISGUSTING and DISTURBING.. I’m so upset by this because something just feels off and wrong about it I bring it to the front desks attention and once again no help, no care. It totally ruins my mind set for the entire night in total distress a child could be in a very scary situation.
With all of that I didn’t even get to express how bad they dropped the ball on my 400.00 a night room experience. The room was so filthy and aged we couldn’t even relax. At one point we look at the picture hanging on the wall and both of us agreed it was a male body fluid running down the picture that had dried!🤮 carpet was filthy throughout the whole place, hooks missing off of the walls. The room Looked like it has been used hard with no maintenance EVER! I feel like it is a bed bug and disease epicenter!!
Oh yeah and don’t pay for extras like cheesecake.. you will personally have to go down at 10:30 and ask for it!!! No making a special occasion special anymore!!! Literally you are far better off to go to the motel eight its equivalent but soooo much cheaper!!
But for of us with the ability to I’m taking my business to the Grand America where I know it’s clean and you are treated like you just spent 400 dollars on a room!
Thank you very much Anniversary Ann for totally ruining what was a special day for us!!!!!
I hadn't been there before and the fun room decor was a blast. I'd like to choose my room in advance the next time I come. Try out different decors! Exterior didn't look promising but the interior was very fun!
It's not that easy to get to the entrance. You should change the address to 5th South to make it easier to find.

Property was quiet and peaceful
Location. Was out of the normal hustle and bustle of things.
Love the themed rooms want to get one of the suites like the meadows or sultan palace next time.
Just a great place to reconnect with your other half.
Paid over 300.00 for a night and the water wouldn’t get hot or even warm so couldn’t use the tub the room was freezing and TV wouldn’t work they said the city was working on the water I ordered extras for the room and couldn’t even use them they didn’t even offer to make it right stayed in the cape cod room
Clean
The water wouldn’t go hot enough and low pressure
The themed room was fun
The furnishings are old and there was no hot water in the morning to take a shower. I talked to the manager and was told that is an on going problem when they are fully booked. She said the owner is refusing to fix the issue.
The room was dark and gloomy. It was advertised as "A Room With a View". The view was mediocre at best - it might have been more appealing had the windows actually been clean enough to see the view. The breakfast would have been lovely, but the croissant was tough, the cinnamon roll was dry and hard, the orange juice was bitter, and the hot chocolate was tepid at best. Although the room was clean, the lighting made it feel dark and dingy. The bed was lovely to look at, but a nightmare to sleep on. It was the worst and hardest bed we've ever tried to sleep on. This stay was a gift from our daughter for my husband's birthday. She bought us a gift card at considerable expense, since earlier this year, my husband was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and then one month later was laid off from his job of 18 years. We reserved the room with our visa, fully expecting to pay for our stay with the gift card. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to leave the room-charge on our credit card. We replied that, no, we wanted to pay with our gift card. We were told that since this was a "Black Friday" room rate, gift cards were not accepted. We explained that the gift card was already paid-for, so there was NO ADDITIONAL discount. Anniversary Inn would be paid whether from our credit card or a gift card, they would still get their money. We were informed that this issue had been brought up to management AND to the owners - only to have the highest Anniversary Inn authority rigidly enforce this ridiculous policy!!! We would NEVER have booked this stay if we had known our gift card would not be honored. Not honoring a gift certificate to your own establishment is disingenuous at best and fraudulent at worst. I have never seen such poor management and business practices!!! We are now stuck with a charge on our credit card that due to having NO INCOME, we cannot pay. This would not have been the case if Anniversary Inn had honored the gift certificate purchased in good faith. We will NEVER patronize this establishment again and will be as vocal as possible to discourage others from doing so.
The AC could only go to 70. We didn't know that when we turned the fireplace on for less than 5 minutes. It was so hot. You can't open the windows. It was in November. It's not hot out. The ac started being INSANELY loud from 430am. (Woke us up and continued to make this very loud noise for about 30 second intervals every 3-4 minutes
Even after powering it off! We ordered their artichoke dip which was delicious. But we didn't know you had to purchase the bread separately. So we ate our artichoke dip on top of our pizza. It wasn't a great combo.
Exceptional staff, friendly and loved the breakfast delivered to room each morning. Rooms are quirky and fun
We had the room with the cowboy theme. Loved it so much. The spa tub in the room was great too. Very friendly staff and great breakfast options which were served to our room. Beautiful hotel.
