The location was beachfront
The roach in my bed, both sofa bed mattresses were soaked and then in the second room we got moved too the front door was previous kicked in so the latch for the door just sat in a hole and there was no dead bolt. I have 4 little children and they worried the entire night. Not to mention all the drunk people arguing in the hallways and the strong smell of marijuana
Love it was on the beach for a quick get away
Ice machine had no ice, rooms were a little run down to spend $350
I like the staff. All of them very friendly and have a good costumer services.
The pictures in Booking looks beautiful once you arrive the place is different.

Its old building and some shower wasn't work properly
Location and view
Nothing we had to go because the hotel needs a lot cleaned and repairs . Appliances were rusted and balcony floor was black of mold . Smell bad and building itself needs painting , cracks on the walls, pool was dirty with a lot of leave around .
This resort has 3 pools with different temperatures, perfect to take a swim in after a long day at the beach, it is near the beach and as well near to the stores to buy items. As I checked in the staff was very friendly and polite, as well very helpful towards any issues that were brought to their attention. Ocean+city view was mesmerizing.
The first room I was given did not feel worth the amount I paid, to enter the room the door had to be pushed open with body weight, the lock did not work and the top lock was missing, door handle for the bathroom was missing as well. Seemed fine during the day however once I returned for the night, the room was infested with tiny roaches. Brought it to the attention of the staff and switched rooms, this room was better yet still infested with even more tiny roaches.

It has a good view
Room wasn’t cleaned well when we got there and the ac didn’t work right plus there was guys underneath us working on rooms that was shaking our floor just made it hard to get the toddler laid down for a nap. The door to the balcony got stuck closed and maintenance had to come take the plunger out which never got fixed while we was there. But for the money it’s not a terrible place

The pool area looks nasty with mold on certain parts of concrete. Also lounge chairs look dirty and molded .. room itself was ok but not for price even if it was forth of July weekend.
The place was nice but the hidden fee dumb just tell me about em I have no problem paying but done lie about it
Hidden fee. They say it's a deposit fee but it's added on to the stay.
It was on the beach
The elevator is messed up. You go up a few floors, then back down then back up a few more floors then back down then you might make it to your floor. When we arrived after a 7 Hour Dr., we couldn’t get into our room. They had to come and completely change out the door lock before we could even get in.

Lots of trash/debris from guests who not picking up after themselves
It was ok for a quick breakfast. Packaged pastries bagels yogurt and cereal.
After we were checked in and are unpacked and our family room that slept 8 are room. Door broke. They had to move us to another room. So we had to back everything back up. And the second room they put us in. I was very dirty garbage all over the balcony.Food in the oven floors were not cleaned. The next morning, we had them come clean everything good, and they did a good job cleaning. That room needed some work. The bathtub would not stop dripping in the kitchen sink. Would not stop dripping. I felt there was a lot of hazards around the property for kids rested doors. There was holes in the ground that did not have covers over them. That someone could fall into with their feet.

The elevators kept having issues.
Had plenty of options from two pools to open grills and tables. Perfect access to the ocean and stores nearby and mini golf was a perk
It’s a bit outdated but most properties near the ocean get eaten by the salt so kinda common. They’re slowly working on remodeling so give the place some grace.
Location and staff.
Small pool and deck, old and worn out chairs and umbrellas. Rude and inconsiderate guests ruined the trip for us.
