The staff
I paid way to much for a my rooms while others there paid less then half of what I paid for the same room and nobody has replied to me I’d like a refund for at least half of what I paid
La habitación que alquile era el espacio que necesitaba y el personal muy amable
No me gustó que la habitación no la limpiaron bien,en el balcón habian latas y botellas vacias.No había cubiertos suficientes y las cosas no estaban limpias y las sábanas de la cama al parecer no las cambiaron porque olían mal además de los servicios como la maquina de hielo no estaba funcionando. También agregar qye la piscina esta sucia tanto el agua como todos los bordes
I liked the location & the privacy. The beds were clean and the hotel room was clean.
Very outdated. Needs a lot of repairs. The pool was broken and dirty. The roofs were broken. Rust everywhere. Mold and water damage everywhere. Elevators old and broken.
Location and prices
We booked 2 rooms, but they made us wait until 6:30 PM because they weren't clean. At check-in, the receptionist tried to scam us with extra parking fees. When I corrected her, she got aggressive. Assistant GM Maria Mojica backed her up and expelled my family, leaving us stranded on the street.
The building is old and need to be updated and/ or renovated
The view
Hotel had roaches and nats. The room was filthy and the staff made my 9 year old cry!
Location was good and electric charger did work. However no EV charging sigh for others to know not to park there.
Bathroom was small and the toilet was loose on the floor. We were not able to open the balcony door was rusted shut.
It was beautiful with greattttttttt customer service
