Håndklær var rene men gamle og misfargede.
Toalettbørsten var skitten.
Det tok veldig lang tid å bli sjekket inn ved ankomst.
Veldig dyrt hotell når standarden er dårlig. .
Gamle skitne tepper på rommet.
Det var bråkte når man brukte vasken på badet.
Ingen kjøleskap på rommet.
Personalet var høflige men ikke vennlige.
Sengene var harde.

Excellent stay, would happily stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic

Room was spacious and lovely view overlooking lapad bay & swimming pool.

Staff were lovely & attentive, especially cleaners.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little small & a bit basic, but good enough for 1 person.

Pros:

La ubicación sin duda. La relación cualidad precio bastante razonable. Otros hoteles vecinos son más caros (sin duda más confortables...).
Desayuno en la terraza al aire libre.

Cons:

El mobiliario muy, muy cansado.
El personal en mayoría poco acogedora. No sonríen mucho - excepto un chico asiático, muy simpático.
La música demasiado fuerte en el desayuno.

pleasant stay at the beach Lapad
Pros:

Staff very friendly.. specially the front desk man Toncy! Right over the beach and at the side of bus stop and markets and good restaurants.
Bedroom well cleaned and breakfast was well prepared!!

Everything else hotel is really bad rooms really old need renovations food is terrible no water or coffee even supplied in the rooms and its not really cheap either
