Very dated, carpet was smelly, beds hard, towels very worn.
We enjoyed the breakfast, though it would get repetitive if you stayed longer. The staff were friendly. Great location with a bus stop to the old town just round the corner and a supermarket nearby. Little pebble beach nearby, along with a range of restaurants.
The rooms were not great and were not as depicted in the photos. The hotel is old and needs a refurb, there is an annex next door which seems newer and i think the photos are from there and of the couple of large rooms they have in the main building. Note that the annexe has no elevator. The first room we were given was awful. It was very narrow and the bed mattresses had seen better days, with one being really uncomfortable. The end of the room seemed to be a closed up balcony which wasn't really usable for anything. We asked to change rooms but were told they were full, but we knew lots of people had checked out so we insisted (think they had already allocated the rooms to another tour group, but we were staying 5 nights so wanted a decent room), and they did give us another one which was an improvement bring a larger size with better beds, but no balcony. I think it's pot luck if you get a good room or not, but don't trust the photos!

La ubicación es magnifica no puede estar mas cerca de la playa
La limpieza no es la mas exhaustiva al menos en el edificio colindante que también es parte del hotel.

Vriendelijk personeel, eigen parkeerplaats, goede locatie, bushalte voor bus naar oude centrum om de hoek
Bed was versleten en lag daardoor niet heel comfortabel, ligbedjes bij het zwembad versleten en niet mogelijk om hierop op je buik te liggen, lekkende airco (wat wel netjes werd opgelost), heel weinig stopcontacten in kamer, bij ontbijt veel sauzen en beleg in grote kommen en schalen waar mijn voorkeur portieverpakkingen zou hebben
La ubicación, en la zona de Lapad, muy tranquila. Frente a la playa con muy cómodo acceso. Con parada de Bus cerca para el Old Town con muy buena frecuencia. Supermercado y locales gastronómicos cercanos. El desayuno buffet muy completo y rico. Habitación amplia, limpia, con terraza con vista al mar ,preciosa! El personal amable.
La habitación NO tiene Frigobar, NO tiene cofre de seguridad. El baño es pequeño y sin Ventilación.
