Lovely pleasant spa hotel would recommend

The gym the pool and the bar

Staff. Size of room.

Cons:

Room had tattered desk. Breakfast had an extra charge for various items. You did not stay in the older portion pictured in the ads. You stayed in a 90s addition.

A good quality hotel and very convenient for the function we attended locally
Pros:

High quality hotel facilities. Large comfortable and clean room. Excellent parking. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Offered table adjacent to breakfast buffet rather than a table in the Palm Court for some unknown reason. Only moved to Palm Court at our insistence.

Won't be back.
Pros:

Staff were lovely but I requested a room close by shave mobility problems and a walk in shower. Requests were not passed on by booking.com, or so they said. Walked until I protested saying I can't go further. Rooms offered were dismal, finally found one slightly more cheerful but the window was into the dining room!!!! Couldn't reach the rail in the wardrobe and sitting in the chair in front of the mirror revealed only the top of my head.
