We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great location, good wifi connection. Also a comfortable beds, 24-hour reception, and excellent friendly staff.

Pros:

Hermoso el lugar y la ubicación.
Tenía una jarra eléctrica y café, te y azúcar a disposición.
Al no contar con dos camas de una plaza, nos ofrecieron dos camas de dos plazas (excelente respuesta a la solicitud)

En la recepción se esforzaron todo el tiempo por comunicarse en español y resolver en ingles!!!

Todo fue muy bien!

Pros:

Location near 2 metro station lines 10 and 6

Cons:

Acoustic isolation. Not dramatic but we hear the metro line and other rooms

Pros:

Location was great for us. The staff were lovely and so helpful especially Othello he was amazing, he showed us how to use the Metro, places we should visit (we made it back to Australia), we would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Small shower, but great water pressure.

Mesmo sendo um hotel “só pra dormir”, foi decepcionante.
Pros:

Poder fazer o check in antecipado. A localização é ótima.

Cons:

Falta de isolamento acústico no quarto (onde era possível ouvir conversas dos outros hóspedes), tomadas não funcionavam, Wi-Fi não funcionou e ao solicitar ajuda pra um funcionário, me informaram que eu deveria ficar onde tinha sinal de Wi-Fi (recepção). Não fizeram reposição de utensílios de banheiro como papel higiênico e sabonete. Quando fizeram a limpeza do quarto deixaram a janela aberta e entrou muito mosquito.

Gostei muito da localização do hotel. Perto dos pontos do metro e da Torre Eiffel.
