מלון נהדר! בחרתי מלון מעט מרוחק בתמורה לחדר גדול ומרווח, חדר כושר, בריכה נחמדה וסאונה.
הצוות היה נהדר, חייכני וענה על כל בקשה ושאלה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצויינת ומגוונת. המזרן היה רך לאעמי והם מיד החליפו מזרן לאחד קשה יותר.

The room is spacious and the staff are friendly - it's a really nice place
Cons:

The check in time was late. I don't see why it takes them 4 hours to clean the rooms between check out and check in. It was a really wet day and we were sitting around in the lobby all day.

Not a 5 star service
Pros:

Nice room/suite. Spacious, clean and tidy. Daily cleaning was professional and timely. The room was a bit cold, and there isn't a possibility to heat (air-con fixed to cooling only). The underfloor heating in the bathrooms was very pleasant though. The SPA area just OK, but not really big and could get easily too busy to enjoy it. Nice gym.

Cons:

Poor late checkout service. Overpriced and unprofessional - communication was not great, not clear information given and considerable fee for a basic service. The check out process was not polite and being rushed by the staff. Charged a 150 EUR penalty for delayed check out, considering that the hotel was not even fully booked for the following evening (including the same kind of accommodation). Poor overall impression.

The hotel is 5 stars and doesn't live up to it at all. It's also looked 'tired' for a long time—meaning it's been in dire need of renovation. The hotel smells of old, but maybe that's what some people like. I don't recommend it.
