Esperienza consigliata e da ripetere!
Pros:

Tutto ok! Molto apprezzato il servizio gratuito di navetta dal porto all'arrivo e alla partenza. Apprezzata anche l'offerta della mezza pensione a 40€ presso il ristorante collegato Dal Filippino.

Cons:

Da migliorare l'offerta della Spa rendendola più ricca ed empatica. Presenti due macchine da palestra ma non in uso.
Sarebbe molto utile ed apprezzato un servizio auto navetta ad orari fissi dal centro per raggiungere l'hotel per persone che non dispongono di auto o moto e sono piccole od anziane, L'hotel non è lontano dal centro ma posto in non comoda salita.

Lovely hotel, a quiet oasis to return to after a day exploring the islands!
Pros:

Beautiful, very well maintained hotel. The pool area was lovely and not at all crowded despite our mid August stay. The pool and pool area were clean with a good amount of quality loungers and sun shades provided. Good pool areas including large jacuzzi and water jets in the main pool. A Beach/pool towel is provided for your stay.
Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable, good light screening with shutters and curtains provided. Nice balcony overlooking the town and sea. The Buffet Breakfast was good, with good coffee (from machine) and reasonable amount of choice. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Wish we had stayed longer than 3 nights here on Lipari.

Cons:

I would have liked 100% fruit juice provided at breakfast, not the sweet sickly coloured juice that was provided, it wasn't drinkable! Also a more plentiful fruit salad would have been appreciated as it was mostly just melon (although other whole fruits were available)
Didn't like the strong air freshener smell on arrival in our room, luckily this faded after the first day
Instructions for the AC would have helped as i found it hard to turn off

Pros:

La pulizia, la struttura, la zona piscina, la colazione e la sala dove veniva servita, insomma tutto.

Cons:

Un po’ distante dalla zona centrale e dal porto di arrivo con il catamarano, ma fattibile. Consiglierei un servizio di transfert (non so se c’era).

Pros:

Pros:

Struttura molto ben tenuta. Area piscina accogliente e piacevole. Un ottima pausa di ritorno dal mare

Cons:

Forse andrebbero segnalati le tipologie dei dolci esposti per la colazione. Ci siamo resi conto di cosa mangiavamo, una volta mangiati!

Très bon séjour, personnel accueillant avec de bons conseils ! Hôtel très confortable, jolie vue.

Cons:

Un peu cher mais ce sont les prix de l’île ! À partir de 10h, beaucoup de choses manquent au petit dej.
