The distance from the ferry to the hotel was quite far, given the nature of the hotel - would be good to have free shuttle service or someway organized to get to the hotel. It was hot, not clear and google maps took us a little extra time walking with luggage and kids. Even if optional and paying...

Hotel strepitoso! Sono stata veramente benissimo in questo Hotel ... dove tutto è stato di mio gradimento. Sraff gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni tua richiesta o esigenza particolare. Rispetto per gli intolleranti e allergici. Direi premura eccellente! Grazie anche a Jana che ogni mattina mi ha coccolata e deliziata con le colazioni. La colazione è veramente ottima! varietà di dolci, crostate buonissime . Ovviamente non poteva mancare il salato...dai salumi alle omelette. Tutto ottimo. Questo Hotel dispone anche degli spazi all'aperto dove sorseggiare un buon vino o aperitivi. Ha 2 piscine e una Spa. Ritornerò sicuramente. Grazie!!!

Pros:

Das Zimmer mit der Terrasse und dem tollen Bad hat uns gefallen, nebst dem Ausblick. Der Pool war schön, der Service rund rum war super. Die Wege waren kurz und auch das reichhaltige Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick war toll. Das Personal war zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Un hôtel vraiment excellent à tous les niveaux ! Très bel établissement, chambre confortable et impeccable, personnel accueillant et professionnel. L’emplacement est idéal, avec une très belle vue et un cadre agréable. Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour à Lipari.

Pros:

Struttura carina, personale gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione

Cons:

La mancanza del ristorante. Abbiamo sopperito chiedendo consegna a ristorante vicino. Difficoltà per anziani per scendere in piscina. Troppe formiche e altro in camera dal giardino in veranda.

Tranquillo e rilassante
Pros:

Buona la posizione tranquilla e poi inaspettatamente ho apprezzato la piscina, che di solito non amo. Questa qui, sarà stata la forma non convenzionale e l’ambiente raccolto ma mi è molto piaciuta.

Cons:

La colazione. Purtroppo le proprietà non capiscono l’importanza di questo servizio. I prodotti proposti erano mediocri, e inoltre inviterei loro a sedersi per 3/4 mattine a fare colazione con i prodotti proposti. E sopratutto la mattina dopo il ferragosto trovare gli stuzzichini salati con stuzzicadenti messi sopra proposti dalle 17 alle 19 in piscina il giorno prima….Con il caldo di agosto. E rimessi lì per smaltirli. Ha concluso la mia idea. Ma ad ogni modo, personalmente amo fare la colazione e la includo sempre per coccolarmi.Ma basterebbe includere prodotti del territorio che alzerebbero la media del buffet proposto. Per il resto personale gentilissimo e professionale. Unica nota in camera, non amando dormire con il climatizzatore non avevo possibilità di spegnerlo autonomamente e dovevo ogni volta chiamare al ricevimento di riattivarlo o spegnerlo.

Non è vicina al porto sarebbe utile avere un servizio navetta per quando si arriva con i bagagli. Per raggiungerla dal porto la distanza è più di un km in salita.
