Almost top marks.
Pros:

Super central location. Unique Superior room… super shower. Super beds.
Most excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Ground floor meant road noise, but minimal at the important time, night time!
Some noise from neighbouring rooms, mainly above us.
No tea bags to accompany the kettle. Soon provided by the ever helpful Margot.

I can't wait to go back, better than many hotels which are more expensive
Pros:

Location's amazing, rooms are beautiful. The staff are a delight, specifically Margo. She knows the hotel inside out and she's truly wonderful, she'll do anything she can to help you. We had a late flight and she couldn't offer late check out but she was happy to give us pool access, look after our bags and let me charge my phone during the afternoon. The chef is incredible, if you go you must have dinner there. One of the best meals I've ever had - and this is high praise. A truly lovely, peaceful get away. The rooms are themed and beautiful, the aircon is excellent (important in the mountains), the food is great and the location is exactly what you want. With only 9 rooms the pool is normally empty or quiet, it's so peaceful. Such a special gem, very pleased to have discovered it.

Cons:

The only thing I could fault ever so slightly is the cleaning of the room. It wasn't bad by any means but I had a bubble bath day 1 and the bath wasn't really cleaned after. The bin wasn't emptied if it wasn't full. This needs to be taken in the context of it doesn't have a full cleaning team, it has 9 rooms so it has one cleaning person who has a lot to do. It's a small note, the main hotel, sun terrace and importantly the pool always felt immaculate

Tranquilidad y mucho encanto.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la tranquilidad que había, el hotel estaba al completo y no se escuchaba ni un ruido. Tenía mucho encanto, tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes. Muy bonito y el pequeño mirador espectacular.

Cons:

Nos gustó todo, pero si tengo que decir algo quizás el desayuno, no porque no nos gustara sino que era tipo buffet y hubieramos preferido a la carta, de esto nos informaron el mismo dia que llegamos en el check-in y de haberlo sabido antes seguramente no lo hubiéramos elegido.

Margo was great. She took care of all our needs and exceded our expectations in customer service. We will definitely come back. The location is amazing and the rooms are very nice
