Amazing location and breakfast!
Pros:

Location was really good! Once you get the hang of the place, you'll realised that it's a good location. Breakfast is amazing! Even as I moved on and checked into other hotels, I find myself missing the breakfast here.

The front office staff is friendly and even allowed us to check-in early so we're able to freshen up and rest after a long 14-hour flight - very appreciative of that!

Cons:

The room itself is a little dated and furniture kinda old, but the location and breakfast make up for that. And we spend very little hours in the room, so that's fine.

Great Location, Beautiful Views and a Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Excellent location and a very pleasant stay. The room had portable air conditioners, which worked very well and were especially appreciated during the hot weather. The beds were comfortable, the showers were good, and the breakfast was tasty with a nice selection.

Room 135 has a lovely balcony with a stunning view of Mount Pilatus, which was a real highlight of our stay. The hotel itself is very charming and looks beautiful from the outside, with its café and restaurant adding to the atmosphere.

Another big advantage is the excellent public transport nearby, with many buses and other connections passing close to the hotel, making it very easy to get around Lucerne.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The lighting in rooms 135 and 136 was insufficient, especially around the wardrobe — we actually needed a flashlight to put clothes away or take them out.

There were not enough power outlets, and the available ones were not conveniently located for charging phones and other devices.

For guests who have difficulty with stairs, it is important to know that the elevator stops between floors, so some stairs are still required. In addition, the stair handrail did not feel very stable.

A minibar or small refrigerator in the room was definitely missing and would have been very useful.

Pros:

Posizionato centralmente ma in una via pedonale quindi non rumorosa. Camera grande silenziosa.

Cons:

Non c’è aria condizionata ma hanno messo un condizionatore portatile molto rumoroso. Lasciandolo acceso durante il giorno la camera si raffresca sufficientemente per poi spegnerlo di notte.

Pros:

El hotel por fuera tiene un encanto histórico, solo eso me gustó. Está cerca del centro y se pueden visitar muchos sitios pero no se caracteriza por ser céntrico.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no cuentan con el encanto que tiene la imagen del hotel por fuera, en principio para llegar a mi habitación tenía que subir por 2 escaleras diferentes, un laberinto. Segundo, la habitación que me dieron era muy calurosa pero tenía aire acondicionado portátil que hacía un ruido infernal, imposible lograr descansar. Tercero, el desayuno es muy básico, ni siquiera tiene tostadora. No es un hotel funcional y no lo recomendaría.

Aardig aan de prijs en scheef lopende vloer waardoor het bed ook scheef staat. Een mobiele airco waardoor het raam open moet en mega herrie maakt
