Very nice, good location, good breakfast and pleasant staff
Pros:

Good location, good breakfast, freindly staff. Room is quite dark and air conditioning was mobile unit. AC was quite noisy and needed to vent out of open window. However, it was effective and appreciated.

Perfect for a visit to Luzern

החדר מרווח, נוח והכל נראה ממש חדש.
חדר האמבטיה היה נקי מאוד עם מקלחת רחבה וזרם מים מצוין.
הפתעה נעימה במיוחד הייתה המזגן הנייד בחדר – שדרוג שהיה לנו חשוב מאוד.

המיקום פשוט מושלם: המלון נמצא ממש מעל כיכר מקסימה ומרכזית, כך שיכולנו להגיע לכל מקום ברגל. בנוסף, הוא במרחק של כ-10 דקות הליכה בלבד מתחנת הרכבת, מה שהיה קריטי עבורנו כיוון שהייתה לנו רכבת מוקדמת לשדה התעופה.

מחוץ למלון מעט רועש במהלך היום, אבל החלונות הכפולים אטומים לחלוטין ופתרו את הבעיה, ובלילה היה שקט מאוד.
מומלץ בחום!

Top locatie, voldoende parkeergelegenheid, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, leuke indeling kamers.

Cons:

Door bedden in style met kamer te houden niet de meest comfortabel bedden. Zachte kussens.

We had a fantastic stay in Lucerne and couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel.
The location is extremely convenient—right in the center of the city—making it easy to reach almost all major sightseeing spots on foot. Whether we were heading to the lake, exploring the old town, or visiting nearby landmarks, everything felt just a short walk away.
The building itself is a beautiful historical property, which adds a lot of charm and character to the stay. Despite its age, everything inside is impressively well maintained. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with modern and newly updated facilities that made the stay feel effortless and relaxing.
The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. They made us feel well taken care of from check-in to departure.
We also really enjoyed the hotel restaurant—both the food and drinks were excellent, and having such a convenient dining option on-site made things even easier.
My wife and I left very happy with our experience and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucerne.

A comfortable place to stay in a great location and friendly staff

The location was great and the front office girl was very helpful.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, wir hatten bei Ankunft wegen der großen Hitze unaufgefordert eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer stehen. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut.
Für Fahrten auf dem See und auch einen Bummel in der Altstadt ist die Lage optimal.
Die Garage liegt etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Great Lucerne property.
Pros:

Very central and walking distance to quite a few things. As an older building didnt have inbuilt air-conditioning but they had brought air-conditioners for each room and this was great as was very hot. Bathroom has cool tiles throughout.

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room.

Pros:

Sehr altes, wunderschönes Haus mit großer Atmosphäre. Wer moderne Klimaanlage oder Barrierefreiheit sucht wird nicht so glücklich werden, wer ein perfekt geschultes Personal schätzt und Holztreppen liebt wird das Hotel sehr mögen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, ich durfte mein Rad im sicheren Hof parken.
