Wonderful stay in the very heart of this beautiful city. If we come back and we might as we loved Lucerne, we will stay
Pros:

This hotel is an absolute gem in the very heart of Lucerne. Clean room, comfortable bed, lovely staff, great breakfast

Cons:

We loved the property- perhaps a fridge in the room would have been cherry on top to keep water cool - but we didn’t need it

A perfect place to stay for a great getaway!!!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect, easy to walk to from the train station and to all the highlights of Lucerne!
The hotel is very quaint, super friendly staff and our room was exactly what we wanted.

Pros:

A unique hotel with a distinctive and interesting design. The single room is very  big, clean and cozy. Antique furniture creates the feel of a mountain lodge. There is a kettle, tea, and coffee. There is no fridge. There is no wall-mounted air conditioner; instead, there is a floor fan and a portable AC unit (which I didn't try). The bathroom is clean and tidy; soap, shampoo, and body lotion are provided.
Comfortable bed with a soft mattress.
T.V with local channels.
There is a restaurant right under the window with music that was pleasant and I loved it, but the noise from the crowd is far less so.
I slept with earplugs and the windows closed and it was fine

Cons:

1. It was hard to find the hotel until I realized it was located within a restaurant entrance.
2. The room lighting is dim. The wooden floor creaks, making me feel like I’m disturbing the guests below.

Fresh food in buffet, friendly stuff - Olesya is a wonderful waiter.

A wonderful short break in beautiful Luzern
Pros:

Great location. We stayed in the apartment which was lovely, clean and comfortable and with views across the lake . Perfectly geared up for self catering which suited us. There is so much to see and do locally and this provided us with an excellent base

The aircon system was unsatisfactory and not what we were used to (open a window and balance a large coil to expel hot air)

Pros:

아파트먼트에서 묶었습니다. 숙소 뷰가 너무 멋있습니다. 엘레베이터가 작긴하지만 있는거 자체가 장점이구요. 청결 침대 모두 만족하며 지냈습니다.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was very minimal, but staff was very nice.

Cons:

The rooms were satisfactory, they didn't have traditional AC. To cool down the room you had to run a portable room chiller that was very loud, and required you to open a window and put an exhaust hose outside, which meant you heard outside noise. The portable chiller was also very loud.
