Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, restaurant was great, and very unique rooms.

Cons:

The terrace room was very warm and the fan unit wasn’t very strong or consistent. Low water pressure as well.

We love this hotel. location is so nice as it sits by a church and hotel has restaurant.
Pros:

Location was perfect , staff were nice, it is a hotel, there was lift although you still have to climb some steps . but the bell boy brought our luggages in our room .

Cons:

location is a little confusing to find . the few steps before reaching the lift.

Very basic hotel. Cramped, congested, room on 3rd floor. No lift. Path to the room a real labrynth. Location is good. Staff is ok. Value for money? Not at all. Will not recommend to anyone

Unfortunately the room didn't quite live up to our expectations.
Pros:

Lovely lady at the front desk, so friendly and kind. Loved how close we were to the lake. Loved the artistic bathroom tiles!!! Lovely big bed! Thank you for having English speaking T.V. channels! Easy to access room - great having a lift!!

Cons:

The room was very dark, as there was only a small window (which is fine), but the lighting in the room was pretty poor, and didn't compensate for the lack of natrual light, so we felt like we were coming back to a cave. Two pillows each would of been great, and the towels were a bit used and thin.
