Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar. Parken war unproblematisch und das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag im Dachgeschoss und entsprach nicht den Bildern auf der Buchungsseite. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für dieses Zimmer nicht.

Exceptionally good with great Location, staff, big rooms and balcony.

Cons:

Nothing but do take a note if you are with kids and stroller you will be assisted by the staff since the left is have access by the stairs.

Very comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

the Hotel is very well located. The staff is really generous. The rooms are large enough and were very clean and seemed almost newly built.

Cons:

i liked everything. Just that we were having a baby stroller which we had to manually carry as the elevator is not everywhere.

Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is prachtig. Ook fijn dat er een geïmproviseerde airco was, al maakte deze wat kabaal.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen koelkastje was, al was dat natuurlijk van tevoren al duidelijk.

Pros:

Un emplacement exceptionnel, un personnel souriant et accueillant, tout pour un excellent séjour à Lucerne. Le parking facilite l'accès en voiture jusque dans la vieille ville. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
