Arriving quite late, being return guests I would’ve expected a welcome back & located on a higher floor & central location. The room was located at the far end of the building and freezing due to air con being on & the window open with temps outside approx 13c

I liked that the hotel was easily accessible by public transport(Dublin bus). I also liked that the hotel was located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Dublin.
Either the TV or the TV remote wasn't functioning in my room. It could be because the remote needed new batteries.
It was very clean and spacious. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was delicious.
We went to the spa and it was terrible. The hot tub and steam room were not hot and the tubs were not clean.
Breakfast was nice - enjoyed that there was healthy options as well as the normal cooked foods. Didn’t speak to a lot of staff but those we did speak to were nice. Liked the water dispenser near the lifts although would have loved for it to be a little colder
Drain got blocked on the first night so didn’t make for a pleasant shower - however it did get rectified after raising. We asked for poached eggs but had to chase 20+ mins later as they had been forgotten about.
We had a very short stay as we just stayed in under to get sleep before a very early flight. From what we saw the hotel was spotless clean, bed was super comfy and little chocolates were a lovely touch. Great shower. Rooms lovely and modern. Options to add lovely extras, we didn't avail as we had such a short stay. Dyson fan in room would be unreal to have in summer. Great touch.
Our room was absolutely freezing cold on what was a very miserable stormy night. We realised the window was open, and it took ages to warm up. It was annoying coming in from cold to a cold room.
Not much - secure gated parking, decent breakfast with good selection, and large bar and lounge with live music. Our room was spacious.
Our room! It smelled like cigarette smoke due to a window being left open which was over the outdoor bar patio. It was dirty - random food crumbs, stained carpet, and surfaces had handprints/smudges. The bathroom was janky with a broken shower head, banged up trashcan, and mold. We immediately called the front desk about the smells and general filth. They apologized and said they couldn't move us, but they would leave a note for the manager and encouraged us to talk with management in the morning for a discount/refund. We didn't have time to wait for the manager, but we did talk with the front desk employee who just said, "Sorry about that." Beyond disappointed in this hotel!
Proximity to airport
Staff took too long to deliver a 3rd bed for another family member, waited until almost midnight after asking the previous day. For some reason a plate of bones was delivered to my room and a part eaten salad!!
Hi everything was going fine until bath etc stopped working on the 1st night there and had to constantly change rooms and floors it was awful 😖
