Pros:

La propreté est incroyable, je motive et invite le personnel à continuer sur cette lancée, il est rare d’avoir de nos jours des hôtels avec une belle propreté comme celle-ci

Cons:

Avec ce temps de canicule, il serait avantageux pour les clients d’avoir accès à la climatisation ou du moins à un ventilateur optimal. Celui-ci était plutôt bruyant et de plus il ne ventile pas.

Le personnel est sympathique

Cons:

Le manque de climatisation d'autant que le radiateur de la salle de bain était brûlant et ne pouvait être éteint. Nous avons pu changer de chambre, cette dernière contenait une ampoule chevet grillée.
Odeur de cuisine toute la journée ds le couloir,
Cet hôtel est de toute évidence également un Hôtel de Logement Social, inadmissible de ne pas en être informé lors de la réservation.
Le nom de l'hôtel "Victoria Garden" n'a de "Garden" que le nom ! En bordure d'une route très passagère de jour comme de nuit, sans "garden" ni autre espace vert.
Enfin, regrettable que le fromage du petit déjeuner soit du gruyère et non de l'ossau iraty qui est LE fromage régional.

Sejour détente entre copines
Pros:

La personne à l'accueil à été très agréable. Elle nous a changé ðe chambre au dernier moment car nous étions au dernier étage sans climatisation avec de fortes chaleurs

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées. Nous sommes le 27 juin en pleine canicule. Il serait bien d'équiper les chambres

Parada de una noche en Pau
Pros:

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y completo, no nos pusieron ninguna pega en cuanto a nuestra mascota. El personal muy atento y amable.

Además, el desayuno era pequeño pero bastante completo y delicioso.

Pros:

L'emplacement était bien, ainsi que l'aménagement intérieur moderne.

Cons:

Très dommage qu'il n'y est pas de climatisation, même si cela était signalé nous ne pensions pas qu'il faisait une telle chaleur à l'intérieur. Cela en était même dangereux.

Au rez de chaussée, impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres donnant sur l’extérieur pour faire un courant d’air.

Senza infamia e senza lode, vicino all'università
Pros:

Apparthotel piuttosto grande nella zona nord di Pau. Comodo per chi si trova in città per lavoro e ha a che fare con l'università (che si trova a dieci minuti a piedi). Non è comodissimo per il centro (a piedi sarebbero tra i 30 e i 40 minuti) ma nelle strade limitrofe passano diverse linee di autobus urbani. Nota positiva, nell'armadio della stanza erano presenti cuscini aggiuntivi. Buona la colazione, soprattutto quei mini croissant francesi che tanto mi piacciono. Gentili e disponibili le ragazze in reception; parlano inglese.

Cons:

Edificio un po' vecchio e brutto in una zona commeciale. Ho visitato la struttura all'inizio di giugno e faceva un caldo infernale. Le camere non hanno l'aria condizionata; nella mia era presente uno di quei ventilatori "a torre" che altro non fanno che muovere un po' l'aria nella stanza, senza rinfrescare. Ed è impossibile dormire con il ventilatore acceso perché fa troppo rumore. Il cappuccino uscito dalla macchinetta è uno dei più disgustosi che abbia mai provato. La reception chiude alle 19, quindi non mi è chiaro che cosa succede se l'ospite si trova a dover arrivare più tardi. Nota dolente sulla pulizia della camera (che non viene rifatta nel corso del soggiorno): il bagno non era proprio uno specchio. C'erano per esempio dei capelli neri lunghi nella vasca da bagno.

Cons:

Manque de confort sur la literie une chaleur étouffante un ventilateur en fin de vie . Au tarif annoncée il serais nécessaire de mettre des Clim dans les chambre .
