Walls were paper thin, our neighbors conversations were very clear through the walls.
Our room was so big and beautiful with an amazing view. The chefs who were preparing fresh breakfast every morning were exceptional. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly, always checking in through the day to see whether we needed anything. And the bonus park access card is top tier. Pretty much enjoyed everything. I just wish I had more time to spend there.

as pictured, beautiful large rooms and friendly staff. thank you to Cat and Bethany for making everything so easy. the pool was nice and not crowded.
This is a beautiful boutique hotel that has all of the amenities. Went with my daughter who is a wedding florist and had a wedding in Sedona. We were just there for an overnight. Room was super clean and we had a large suite with a kitchen, and living room. Also a small patio so we could enjoy the great weather. They have a nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was included and everything was cooked to order. Staff was great. Hope to be able to go back.
We inly stayed for one night and arrived late, yet I still felt this resort was unique and worth 10 scores. The building and room is stylish and very quiet. Staffs were warm and always ready to help.
Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful . Kat was especially helpful. Our suite was cozy, well stocked with our every need. The breakfast was delicious and the chef was friendly and excellent at his job.
My only complaint was our bathroom had a strong urine smell.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Our reservation was canceled 2 hours before arrival at the hotel, leaving us stranded. We were traveling with small children, and this left us scrambling at the last minute to find another place to stay. As expected, most hotels were already booked, and we ended up paying significantly more for a last-minute option that was far from ideal. The reason for the last minute cancellation was an “air conditioning” issue which seemed so odd given how quickly things like that are typically fixed in hotels. After speaking with a few locals in Sedona, we were told this kind of situation often points to overbooking. I can’t confirm that, but the timing and handling certainly didn’t feel transparent. Regardless of the reason, canceling on guests with virtually no notice, especially when they are already traveling is completely unacceptable. Emergencies can happen, but canceling at the last minute with no real support or accountability is inexcusable. Avoid if you don’t want your plans disrupted.
Overall it needs some tender loving care. Rooms are very outdated to be called a boutique hotel. The grounds are lovely and well kept. The breakfast was a disaster. If the cook calls himself a chef, he is badly in need of training. He had no butter to cook with so everything he made came out dry and stuck to the pan. It was so nasty. I had French toast so I asked for butter, no butter, I asked for syrup and he hands me a gallon jug. The mint water had scum on it like it hadn’t been changed for days. Dishes piled up first thing in the morning. It was crazy. So sad because it really could be a place to make great memories. The only real plus was Cat their front desk person. She was delightful!!
