Cons:

Pan na recepci byl po celou dobu pobytu arogantní. Ale nerad bych mu křivdil, možná se s tím pohrdavým pohledem a tónem hlasu jen narodil a já si to špatně vyložil.

Všude je milion různých motivačních textů, které vám po chvilce začnou lézt krkem. Ze všech nade vše vyčnívá text u karafy s vodou, který hlásá, že “voda je to nejcennější co máme, proto vám ji darujeme”. Hezké… To jsem ale ještě nevěděl, že to je taky ta jediná voda, kterou mi hotel daruje, celé ráno totiž voda netekla.

Recepce mě ubezpečila, že voda poteče v 10 hodin a můžu si o hodinu prodloužit checkout. Opět hezké, ale když v 10:30 stále z kohoutku nevyšla ani kapka, vzdal jsem to.

Namísto omluvy mi pak ještě přišla SMS s prosbou o nejvyšší hodnocení. Negativní hodnocení si běžně nechávám pro sebe, ale tady činím výjimku.

Pros:

Raňajky byly na velmi dobré úrovni, chutné, rozmanité, bylo možné si i doobjednat čerstvě připravené vajíčka na slanince apod. Připravená káva na objednání výborná. Děkujeme, raňajky za "10"

Cons:

Ručníky, uteráky nesály vlhkost, těžko se bylo utírat.

פקיד קבלה היה מצויין, שירותי ועדיב. לעומת זאת עובדי חדר אוכל היו מאוד לא נחמדים. מעבר לזה הכל היה טוב במלון. נקי ומסודר עם ארוחת בוקר טובה.
